[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Refund not issued for Cancelled order

I had placed online order for an Aquaguard purifier on 12Jan and paid the amount. Next day I decided to cancel that order as the prices was reduced and sent notification to their support team as mentioned in their return process steps. Also the item was never delivered and shipment clearly showing as returned to them. It was clealry mentioned in their online site that product has free returns.
Since then I have been sending daily emails and calls to their customer support and Grievance section to provide my refund. And I get same reply that they are working on priority to resolve my issue. However Eureka forbes has failed to issue the refund even after 18 days and no action taken. They are unnecessarily delaying to refund and hold on to my money.
