I ordered a water purifier directly from Eureka Forbes’ official website on 12th July 2025.
- Delivered: 14th July
- Installed: 15th July
- Complaint raised: 16th July due to dangerously low TDS (10–25)
- Technician dismantled unit: 17th July for return pickup
- As of 7th August, the unit remains uncollected and unused, with no resolution.
Despite multiple follow-ups, Eureka Forbes:
- Falsely marked complaints as resolved
- Never sent a follow-up technician
- Ignored escalation emails and calls
- Closed cases without visiting or verifying
I filed a complaint with:
- National Consumer Helpline (NCH) — Docket No. 7519193
- District Consumer Commission via e-Jagriti — Diary No.[protected]pending scrutiny)
I’ve claimed ₹35, 000 in compensation for product failure, mental harassment, and service deficiency. Their customer care, grievance, and compliance teams have been completely ineffective.
