Eureka Forbes — dr aqua guard water purifier

Updated by bnswss The complaint has not been attended yet. I talked to Eureka Forbes Service Head, Mr Hemant. on 14.12.25 at 11.39 hrs. He said it will be done next day.
Nothing happened. I again called him on 16.12.25 at 10.59 hrs. Again he said it will be done in 4 hours. But nothing happened. Today again I called him at 11.39 hrs. He said I will get a phone call just now.and they will attand the complaint. But I have not received any phone call. Mr Hemant does not listens the problem properly. His phone number is [protected].
In addition E-mails to [protected]@eurekaforbes.co on 08.12.25, 10, 12.25, 12.10.25 and 16.12.25 have received no response.
As I had written earlier, I am a senior citizen (74 years). Since the repair of my Eureka Forbes is pending since one month, I have to go out for purchasing packaged drinking water. It is difficult for me to do this regularly, by going to shop by crossing heavy traffic on road.
Please direct the Company to take necessary action for repair immediately.
