I have bought Dr. Aquagaurd Classic + Hot with product serial number – [protected], for Rs.17, 000 and this has not been working from 7th Sep.
First reported problem on 7th Sep was – Blue light blinking and no water is not coming out – I am still facing the same problem.
Your technicians have visited 3 times so far and it only works for day. On the last visit technician had confirmed that product is faulty, after paying 17K I am still busing water from outside everyday this model of purifier is not working at all.
Can I please get the refund or at least I be provided a replacement with different model.
