Your sales person Mr. Harsha, Mobile Number - [protected] had called and said he is from customer service yesterday 03.10.2021 at 11.02am.

When he came for the visit he spoilt my machine. There was water leakage and the mother board circuit got spoilt.

This is the second time a sales person has called and come saying he has come for service and spoilt my machine intentionally.

Request your company to not resort to such cheap measures to increase sales and pull up the salespeople to do such things.

    @EurekaForbes
    I have been unable to get an update on my refund requests for Aquaguard water purifier and Euroclean vacuum cleaner even after multiple follow ups. My service request numbers are [protected] and [protected]. My escalation numbers are [protected] and [protected]. I need an update on this as soon as possible. Thank you.

        Our Eureka Forbes water purifier was barely used since Dec 2020. On 15 Aug 2021 water purifier stopped working completely. I informed a Eureka Forbes technician who had services our water purifier earlier.

        He reached our premise on 16 Aug 2021, checked the water purifier and said that the filter needs replacement and also said that AMC had expired which I had to renew. since the water purifier had stopped working, I agreed to make the payment to renew AMC and replace the filter. On completion of work, technician asked me to make payment via UPI which I did and on demanding invoice he said I will get it from the back end team over email

        Towards end of Aug 2021 I reached out to Eureka Forbes customer care, requested copy of invoice and request number [protected] was shared with me

        On 24 Sept 2021 I reached out to Eureka Forbes customer care again since I had not received invoice and escalation number [protected] was shared

        On 3 Oct 2021 I reached out to Eureka Forbes customer care again since I had not received invoice and escalation number [protected] was shared

        I then googled for Eureka Forbes executives contact details and came across Eureka Forbes's articles on fake companies proving fake service with fake products

        Request Eureka Forbes to inspect the filters installed and replace if fake. If not fake then provide an invoice for the payment made

        Eureka Forbes technician introduced himself as Arjun Reddy and phone number is[protected]

        Payment of 5450/- was made to UPI ID [protected]@paytm. This UPI account belongs to a person by name Mounisha M

          We have got registered for installation of Aquaguard Regal at 5.24 PM when I got the satisfaction code also for the service engineer. I was called at 7 PM and informed that I have just registered for the installation. She is now denying the installation for 2 days as its Saturday today. We earlier has Aquaguard Aquasure Nano. And its completely choked. We don't have water for drinking at home. And we are family of 6 including 2 kids. This is where non-sense how can she lie that I got registered at 7 PM when I has already got my request registered at 5.24 and the operator already claims that they work from 10 to 6 PM. This is height of bad service and I definitely think not to go with Aquaguard next time. The number from where I got the call is [protected], there was a lady operator. In the present times of covid when hygiene is an important aspect, health is being compromised because the so called service engineers are not willing to attend a valid installation request. I REGRET buying the Aquaguard product.

            Dear Sir

            This is to bring to your notice that my Annual Maintenance was due during lockdown period in April 2020. I had receive a message that due to lockdown services which was not done shall be done thereafter as and when lockdown eases. However unlock started gradually since July 2020 and thereafter it became normal. Nobody came for services. During October 2020, when my AMC was renewable then a person from the Comapny came to Renewe and do the service after an year. As per my terms of contract minimum 2 services shall be done by the Company in every six months and if required in between i shall call them.
            I wrote several mails and spoke to several executives regarding policy for which i had made the payment but no services being provided by the company, none of them will to provide me the same. I had also requested to extend the AMC for six months but they denied to do so.
            These are Restrictive Trade Practice being followed by the Company.
            I put claim for 20 Crores of Rupees for Non Performance of this contract.
            Kindly take the above submission into consideration.

                I am a Eureka forbes customer, having customer code [protected]. I have purchased Dr Aquaguard model Magna RO+ UV+. on Sep 2015.
                Since then I have made AMC with you and renewed regularly.
                As there was a problem in machine and it stopped working on 19 Sep 2021, I lodged a service request on the same date. (Request No. [protected] )
                Accordingly your engineer visited on 21st Sep 21., and told that a part is damaged and I will replace it within 2 days. Thereafter he took 7 days and after my repeated contact, he came on 29th Sep. 21 and replaced the part. He took my signature on the online report and left. But immediately after his departure after half an hour the machine turned off. Red and Green lights were blinking. I again contacted the engineer and asked him to see the problem again. He asked me to send a video of the same. After doing that he visited on 30th Sep. 21, inspected the machine and told another part is damaged. Then it is end of 1st Oct. 2021 still the problem remained unsolved.
                It is my genuine observation that even after regular AMC, no prompt service is being provided. Now almost 12 days passed, we are facing drinking water problem, and subsequently I and my family is facing lot of harrashment due to your poor service. What is the use of AMC then ??.
                Now I am in a stage to lodge a complaint against your company in the consumer forum. This is my last and humble request that if the problem is not solved by tomorrow permanantly, day after tomorrow I am free to go in consumer forum against bad service inspite of AMC done regularly.
                Pl. Note. Hope I will not have to do that.

                  Defective filters and no service even after complaining to ceo

                  I had raised below service request with Eureka Forbes but they are not fixing the issue even after multiple followups

                  Hi,

                  During the last scheduled aquaguard service your service agent had identified that the back panel is broken and therefore I was advised to raise a repair/replacement request with you and I did the same last month on 24th Aug (Screenshot attached for the same).

                  I have been chasing your team since then. I have called almost 4 times and every time I hear that your team would contact me within 24 hrs of time, but even after one month I haven't got any call back nor any resolution.

                  This gives me a breakpoint of my patience and I am now really unhappy with the service provided so far. I am looking for your help in getting this expedited as this can lead to severe damage to the product if not repaired quickly.

                    We requested for aquaguard general cleaning. And service guy came and cleaned and after that aquaguard is leaking and red light is coming. It is not working. And the service guy is shouting at us and abusing us. This is not acceptable from such company. need immediate attention as we don't have water to drink now for kid.

                      I have purchased AMC for my water purifier from this company on 15th September and immediately registered a service request for maintenance. 15 days have passed but no one has visited or have called us to provide service.

                      I have called them numerous times, sent emails but the only thing I get back is just assurance.

                          There has been problems i have had around 4-5 services done this product by the company. All the time service team fixes one they is something new that breaks down. recently i have raised 3 services all of which was related to unit stopped working entirely.
                          Its be more than 4 days since the complaint for last raised i have not heard anything from the team even after escalating the issue.

                          Now im looking for refund / replacement of the unit since these issues will go on for ever on faulty device

                            Aparna Enterprises has always made the false commitment and making customers fool, 3 months back someone came from Aparna Enterprises Gurgaon and he changed my filters in Rs 2000 and after three months again some came from the same frenchise and said u need to take amc ofRs 5100, and finally after changing the filters he took away all the filters also although all the filters were changed 3 months back, motar was also not new and changed the old one, it was also not in packed condition, they are actually making fool of the customer s, and executive are also not transparent and charging unfair charge and I would urge to take some strict action against the frenchise.

                                  Customer Service - Vacuum cleaner repair

                                  We had submitted a request to repair our Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaner. A Eureka forbes employee/engineer came to check the vacuum cleaner and said that something is wrong with the Power switch of the vacuum cleaner. It has been 3-4 months and instead of following up on our request he had left the vacuum cleaner open (screws and sections) and never returned to repair it or bring the new switch....

                                  Recently, a problem occurred for our vacuum cleaner and we went to give it for service at the Eureka Forbes office in Shillong. It had been two weeks since we went to give it there and they did not provide any updates on our product. Later on, we had to go to the office ourselves and they said they were done with it then and will deliver it by tomorrow. The next day, they decided not to deliver it themselves and asked us to go and take it ourselves from a place they designated us to go. After we went to the place they asked, we told them to try and see if the machine is working and it did not work. On top of that they tried to extract money from us, around 1k, saying they had fixed and exchanged a part from the machine but the machine was not even fixed and it was not working. The staff we encountered were very unhelpful and disrespectful with their tone of speaking and did not take responsibility to get the machine fixed on time.

                                    I have booked a service for two years for aquaguard magna worth of rs.11450 and a free gift was assured to be sent to me within a few days as I had received an sms stating to select the gift send through link.but am waiting for a long time but they did not send me the gift.Worst service from your end and fake promises made to me.you should be ashamed for being a non customer centric company.And soon other companies will take up the position that you are holding, moreover your ecommerce quality has no parameters.
