Eureka Forbes Complaints & Reviews

Hi Team,
I purchased my Aquaguard AMC for 3 years on 11th June-2020 and on that I got a Provogue Voucher to purchase a gift so I purchased a ladies watch by paying Rs.499 on 11th June. Today is Jan 04-2021 and there is no update for that order.

I tried to contact[protected] which is given on http://www.provogue.com/eureka/ page but no response and also raised a complaint but no response from their end.

Hope it's not a fake . Can you please help me to track the product which I placed on Provogue and if they do not have that product then please ask them to refund me.

PROVOGUE order # is:[protected].

My aquaguard AMC was done for 3 yrs with assurance to get free gift link. But though one month has lapsed, no response from the company. This is sheer breach of trust, money and loyalthy. Moreover noone shd trust this company. Their services r poor as well as they r playing with money and trust of customers which r never acceptavle at any cost. Official s responsible shd be punished for this act of cheating

Just renewed the contract and the tax invoice pdf sent to me won't open. A pop up message says it's corrupted.

Hi
A lots of time i have call to your customer care number[protected] about my free gift . However they havent take any action on complaint .

Please check as their provided website isn’t accessible, error shown

We were misinformed by service personnel (Mr Darhsan mob-[protected]) who sold AMC to us against Water purifier (RO+UV) 0n 20.10.2021 (Validity of AMC was 11.11.2021 to 10.11.2023) that we will be given free gift. We have not received our gift till date.

My Eureka RO (Superb Model) is showing a RED LED (service ) and it seems the filter need to be replaced. I have already renewed my AMC on 5th Dec 2021 and since then I am struggling to get an engineer aligned to my complaint. I made multiple calls to the call center for support but no action has been taken so far.
Its already been 20 days since I raised this complain. I also sent escalation mails to their management but no response yet. This is an example of very poor after sales service from Eureka.

The RO was installed on 16th December 2021 and since then the tap is leaking. I have lodged a complaint on 20th December on advise of the person who installed the machine. Since then I have not received any feed back from the service team. Please not that the product is new and I certainly did not expect this from EFL

We registered a complaint with Eureka Forbes call centre on 29th Oct 2021, complaint id [protected] for euroclean iclean vacuum cleaner. Till date no one has bothered to look into the complaint raised inspite of my repeated attempts. All i am told is that somebody will be attending to the complaint as soon as possible. Its now 60 days since the complaint was raised.had i known that this is the kind of response an esteemed brand like Eureka Forbes gives i would have thought a hundred times before buying your product. To be honest you people are only bothered about selling your product and not about the after sale service . I must say Eureka Forbes SUCKS!!! To add to the incompetency of your brand what annoyed me even more was when i wanted to raise my complaint to a higher level by speaking to the area manager then one of the employees replied that the manager cannot come to the phone since he is on another call... In a world of fierce competition such a non competent service will surely harm your brand name, especially when there are many other branded vacuum cleaners available in the market now.Nevertheless i will never recommend your brand to anyone in future.

It is not getting repaired. It is in dead condition. Please tell us how many days should we remain without purified water. Was it our mistake to choose Eureka Forbes?
We tried to contact Nashik Office but did not get any positive reply.

Don't call and give same reply that you are forwarding to higher authorities. I have decided take the matter to consumer court. See you there soon. This is the last ultimatum from my side.

I purchased vacuum cleaner from a sales rep from Eureka in March. I made payment through credit card. I requested the sales rep to put the payment on 3 EMI. The payment went through twice. One complete payment of 15000 and another through 3 EMIs.

I requested for refund and called customer rep.No action taken so far and no refund received. Provided my bank statement as evidence.

I only received traction ID so far from the sales person. No customer ID or any other proof.

October 2019 EF signed. 2year AMC for my water filter and I paid for it in advance. Unfortunately in the entire 2years of AMC period their technician visited only once for service. I was told that the candles and the motor needs replacement. I kept following and till the AMC expired in October 2021 nothing happened. Surprisingly after long followups the technician came inthe last day of the AMC. This time he was asking me to renew the AMC and only then they can replace the candles and motor. But I. The entire AMC period from 2019-21 they never turned up for service or replacement. All I am requesting EF is to extend the AMC for another 2years without any more charges and replace the candles and motor immediately

I bought a very expensive eureka Forbes water filter this year as per the suggestion of their executive. He said only that filter will be best suited for our area. And that’s the biggest regret I havd. They said they have 30 day money back guarantee but they never responded to any complaints within 30 days. The water was bad from the first day itself. And later the service guy informed us that the filter is not suited for our area and the sales guy conned us. I have been mailing them for support for 6 months now and haven’t received any help from the company. Worst customer service. The water makes us sick. It’s so bad. Still no response from them. Worst company ever.

Require to service and filter change.

I called up Eureka Forbes and asked for a security device to be installed. However, after making a payment of ₹8000 and a week later, they have not installed the device. This is robbery in Broad daylight.

I have given one complaint against eureka Forbes regarding my water purifier container 80 present water label and rest 20 present is empty after giving this complaint engineer is coming and resolve this issue but he is not proper fitting the water purifier so that what will happen again water is linkage for the top and bottom joint position. when i saw this type of work that engineer is doing same day i will again complaint but still not yet resolve.
Please take this complaint and take necessary action on him.
I extremely dissatisfied with Service engineers and not company no priority to his customer.

Hello I am Sumit Sarda n I live In Abhirampur, 3rd lane, Malda-732103, West Bengal..my phone is [protected] n I have a problem regarding my Aquaguard filter but the service man of eureka Forbes Amit is not coming for the service his phone no. Is-[protected]/
[protected].. n eureka Forbes office Malda no.[protected] is not working.plz do solve my problem immediately..Thank you..

Keeping the above mentioned subject in mind, i would like to draw attention of the concerned authorities on the fact that due to continuous leakage from the aquaguard, which your company failed to repair on time and take almost a month for the repair of the same. This lack in your service had damaged all my kitchen furniture and i have been seeking for compensation of the same from a long time. But your company hasn't taken action regarding the issue so, as a result i would once again request you to please solve my issue.

Its been more than a month we raised complaint for water purifier issues, however company is not just bothered to address the issue. I dont understand how can any resposible company do such thing when it is directly related to health issues. It is so frustating to call the customer support daily and hear same answer everyday. I am really concerned about our health and eureka forbes will be directly resposnible if we have any hellalth issues due to drinkin unsafe water.

Worst service …. Cheating policy and grabbing money from customers by giving AMC … I have apply for service 3 days ago and no body has attended till date. It has become a health issue by drinking raw water.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I am the owner of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard model no ENH UV since 2014. I have been taking AMC every 2 years since my purchase on my product.

Last AMC was purchased by me on 21.12.2019 for a period of 2 years valid up to 20.12.2021 vide contract no[protected] by paying an amount of Rs 3630/- in cash at my residence located in Ambica Vihar Paschim Vihar New Delhi.

In December 2019 end I shifted my residence to Bengaluru and the address was updated in your records then. Due to COVID situation in the country I didn’t get the service done. Thereafter in April 2021 I have shifted back to New Delhi and in September 2021 my aquaguard was installed at my new address in Delhi I.e. Ramesh Nagar New Delhi. I have been trying to get the candles changed of my aquaguard Since September 2021 but unable to get them changed since as per your company records it has already been changed in July 2021 in Bengaluru. How is that possible since I have shifted my residence from Bengaluru in April 2021 and the aquaguard was packed for 6 months.

I regret to inform that this is very annoying as I have paid full amount for AMC of 2 years and didn’t get the change of candles in my aquaguard. At the time of Taking money your staff makes false promises and didn’t fulfill the commitment made. I may also say that such forgery on part of such a big organisation like yours is not acceptable at all. I have raised various complaints on your customer care but have not got any reply/ solution for the same.

I hereby write to you to seek your interference in the matter and get a solution immediately.

Faster solution in the matter will be highly appreciated.

Thanks and Regards
