I own a ro water purifier from Eureka forbes- Aquasure Maxima+. My purifier stopped working around 23 October 2022 I called in the technician he told my purifier's pump is not working and I busy the AMC policy my repair and spare parts will be free of cost. On September 29th 2022, a technician by name Sachin Patil called for free service and since our AMC also has expired, replaced the filters and we paid the amount for AMC as well. My concern is regarding false commitment and delay in deliver of the machine by all the line managers handling our account in Eureka.

We had made full payment on 31st May 22 and till date I have been given only false commitment of delivery.

I am surprised to see that such a big company like Eureka is dealing with their customers in such an unprofessional...

The service representative assured that link of downloading payment receipt should be provided to registered mobile number within 24 hours. But still not received any payment receipt and moreover reminder of renewal for AMC is coming to my whatsapp frequently....

I bought a water softener from eureka forbes on March 16. After facing lots of issues regarding the installation, it was finally installed by march 29 or 30. After that we started facing the problem of water being extra soft. I checked the hardness was reduced to 10-15. Eureka Forbes - we bought a Water purifier from Pai Electronics. Installation from Eureka was promised within 24 hours by 9pm today and when called the service Technician Team from Eureka forbes is telling that we are not here to serve your work, technicians are human beings. Just get lost.

It was very good in warranty period and after warranty this gone worst.

I purchased robo vac n mop from Eureka Forbes in August 2021 and the product is under warranty period. It stopped working now and I logged complaint on 11 Jan 2022. And till now followed up about 4 times through calls and 2 times through email but everytime they say they will send technician within 24 hours but till date I haven't got ant technician to fix the product. They are not replacing the product as well....

I have purchased Eureka Forbes aquagaurd water purifier . After completion of the warranty period of 1 year I have offered AMC and AMC charges of 5000 also paid. During the period of warranty also not served properly. Periodical checking have not been taken place. And also recently, one complaint booked on 23rd Oct21 due to non functioning of WATER PURIFIER. Unfortunately without repair, complaint was closed and nobody responded properly...

We had submitted a request to repair our Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaner. A Eureka forbes employee/engineer came to check the vacuum cleaner and said that something is wrong with the Power switch of the vacuum cleaner. I've purchased aquaguard classic uv+ and I've not received any gift from your side. I've even submitted the complaint by calling your call center and even though no response from there side. The sales person who delivered the product is also making one or other reasons and simply dragging time. Sales person Ramesh : [protected], Vijayapura Karnataka.
