Hello,
I've purchased my Eureka Forbes LVAC Voice robo cleaner on Aug 16th.
Within 1 month of the puchase the product stopped working and after many challenges to register the complaint online, i managed to raise the complaint which was very late attended for 2 months of follow-up and below is the service tracking details to make you understand the kind of pathetic customer service delivered on the product.
Req no. CM[protected]st Oct - Unattended and autoclosed on 27th Oct 2024.
Req no. CM[protected]th Oct - Complaint unattended and autoclosed again on Nov 2024.
After multiple follow-ups and escalations, I was asked to register another complaint which I did as below.
CM[protected] Jan and got it rescheduled to 10th Jan attended by technician after multiple follow-ups.
Technician took the product back and informed us that PCB board needs to be replaced and its been more than 45 days the product is still waiting for replacement and not yet delivered back.
I'm deeply disappointed by the quality of the product and I'm writing this after getting no support from Eureka Forbes in fixing my product.
Needed highest level of attention to fix the product and return us back, .

    Hi everyone,

    We have booked a complaint since water stopped coming after servicing the pruifier around a week . As we have expert RO WP, we are receiving fault 1 code.
    Neither the technician nor the agency tagged to us responds or have come even after 5 days of opening complaint. The app in which we opened the ticket does not even update. Also the customer care asks us to buy a new one as this is discontinued and we will not get new motherboard. My request is if customers are using this model how come the motherboards are not manufacture.
    2) Even after paying AMC they don't visit us and we are suffering since 5 days on the same.
    3) We are also not aware whether they have placed a request for new mother board as the technician instead of visiting asks us the error codes and the issue in the call.

    I request to have process process and customer CARE at Eureka as all our issues are unattended. Its really spoiling the reputation of Eureka.
    I want to get my issue resolved as water is basic necessity.

      I was promised 25% discount on filter kit on buying 699 AMC, but technician came home but didnt replace filters stating that in his eureka forbes app on phone such discount isnt visible. I had wrote so many mails to company and their grievance officers but they are not resolving my issue. I have proof of this offer on mail and on call recordings, but still company not resolving issue. Intially i asked for single filter that was damaged but my request wasnt addressed hence had to helplessly go for 699 amc that was offered along with 25% off on filter kit. Please resolve my issue and compensate me for the time and stress that their team has given me since 4th feb by neglecting and ignoring a customer requests.

        Date of Incident: 3rd Feb2025
        Made payment in the evening through online link sent by Pankaj, who is a service engineer of Eureka forbes based in Maninagar area of AHmedabad Gujarat.
        I made payment online of Rs 2299/- for Annual Maintenance contract of water purifier.
        After making payment I was informed by service engineer that the payment link was by mistake sent for my previous Water purifier i.e ST 100; Gold plan. After making payment I was told service contract is renewed for one year upto 03rd feb2026 but it was for incorrect purifier model.
        Hence he gave me helpline no to raise a complaint through my no [protected] ( My registered no as per Eureka Forbes is[protected] which is also operationals) for refund or transfer of this fees to my present water purifier Aster UV on helpline no [protected].
        I put a complaint and task no was[protected].
        I was told by telephone executive that I will be contacted within 24 hours.
        But no one contacted me.
        I then put a detailed mail on [protected]@ eurekaforbes.com on 8th february..
        Nothing worked out still even though I called them up for complaint on 17th feb.
        I am fed up now for the non refund for Payment made online, through link of amount Rs 2299 for one year contract on 3rd feb2025.

          I purchased a new AquaGuard Water purifier-
          AquaGuard Nova UV+UF+HMS SS on 09th Feb 2025.

          I have paid the full amount in Cash and requested for the Invoice for which the Salesman said that he will get it generated next day (Monday) as it was a holiday when the installation was done.

          Till date I have not received any invoice which will activate my Product Warranty. The Salesman is giving excuses in the name of Technical Issues. Upon insistence he gave me an invoice in the name of the Sales Agency with a lot of conditions which holds no value

          I am suspecting this to be malfunctioning product for which they have no record in their Inventory and is avoiding generating the invoice.

          The reason for my suspicion is that he promised a 7-stage purification system consisting of 7 filters and while installation there were just 4 filters. I am unsure about the filtering process as well

          The Salesman is an Authorised Aqua Guard personnel. I connected with him through the official AquaGuard Helpline.

          I would want the Company to take back the Product and return my amount in full.

          The agency name is Manik Enterprises, Belgaum.

            I purchased AQUAGUARD Glory RO+UV+UF+MTDS from Eureka Forbes on 11/01/2025, but to my disappointment, I received the wrong model – AQUAGUARD Classic+ instead. I immediately raised a complaint with their customer support, yet after almost a month, I have received no proper resolution.

            Despite multiple follow-ups via Calls/emails/social media, I have only been receiving the same automated response "Rest assured, we are working on it."

            I request the Consumer Helpline to intervene and help me get a proper resolution at the earliest.

              Refund not issued for Cancelled order

              I had placed online order for an Aquaguard purifier on 12Jan and paid the amount. Next day I decided to cancel that order as the prices was reduced and sent notification to their support team as mentioned in their return process steps. Also the item was never delivered and shipment clearly showing as returned to them. It was clealry mentioned in their online site that product has free returns.
              Since then I have been sending daily emails...

                I, Rajkumar Dhadwad, husband of Rupali Dhadwad who took the Eureka Forbes Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Eureka Forbes Ltd. regarding their failure to resolve a service issue under my AMC.

                My Customer ID with Eureka Forbes is [protected], and I had purchased the GOLD AMC for my water purifier, valid until 15th March 2027.

                On 23rd November 2024, I raised a service complaint with Eureka Forbes as one of the parts of the water purifier had broken. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from their representatives, it has been more than two months, and the issue remains unresolved.

                The delay in resolving my service request has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as a functional water purifier is essential for maintaining the health and well-being of my family. Such negligent behavior from a reputed company like Eureka Forbes is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their customer service commitment.

                I kindly request the Consumer Court to take strict action against Eureka Forbes for:

                Their failure to provide timely service despite having an active AMC.
                The mental harassment and inconvenience caused due to their negligence.
                I also seek the following relief:

                Immediate resolution of my service request by replacing or repairing the broken part of the water purifier.
                Compensation for the inconvenience caused due to the prolonged delay.
                An assurance that such lapses in service will not occur in the future.
                Enclosed are the following documents for your reference:

                A copy of the AMC contract.
                A copy of the service complaint raised with Eureka Forbes.
                Any relevant communication with Eureka Forbes regarding this issue.
                I humbly request the Honorable Consumer Court to take my grievance into consideration and provide me with a resolution at the earliest.

                  Maliciousness and illegal practices of service head

                  1) negligence and failure to inform us from the technician that the problem may be serious making a family of 4 with pregnant women drink unfiltered water for 3 months while under warrenty.
                  2)after the customer is willing to pay money trying to sell a used rusted product under company name with no warrenty.

                  I am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of resolution for my service request (CM[protected], which I raised on 9th December 2024 for my VacMop under warranty. While a technician visited and assured me that spare parts would be ordered, there has been no progress since then.

                  I have repeatedly followed up through various channels, including contacting the technician (who has stopped answering my calls) and your helpdesk, yet my issue remains unresolved.

                  I have contacted the below mentioned team multiple times but they were of no use to me.

                  This prolonged delay is not only unprofessional but unacceptable, especially considering the product is still within its warranty period.

                  Note that if this issue is not addressed promptly, I shall approach the consumer court and get the required resolution.

                      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received since purchasing an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) from Eureka Forbes on 10 January 2025. Despite booking a service on the same day, I have not received any response or service as of 20 January 2025.

                      I have been diligently following up with your customer service team on a daily basis, but my issue remains unresolved. I have been repeatedly assured that my issue would be resolved within 24 hours, but these promises have not been fulfilled. Additionally, I visited the Manikonda branch listed on your website, only to find that it has not been operational for the past one and a half years. Despite this, the assigned technician has not been changed, and the status of my service request has remained unchanged since 11 January 2025.

                      It has now been 10 days, and I am still without the service I paid for. As a result, I have been forced to purchase water from outside sources, which is both inconvenient and unacceptable given that I have already paid for AMC service.

                      I kindly request immediate action to resolve this issue. I expect a prompt response and resolution to my service request.

                        I had recently made a purchase from the eureka forbes website for a filter cartage, I contacted the eureka support before making the purchase and confirmed if the product is compatible to my device post which I had made my purchase but after the technician visited he said the product is not compatible with my device aquaguard jazz RO UV MTDS AC, customer id [protected]. I have requested them to replace the product with the compatible component. I am ready to pay if any additional amount needs to be done. If replacement is not possible, request you to return the product.

                        I have raised a ticket for return or replacement on the same day after the product delivery, it's been 10 days, but I did not hear back from them, whenever I call to the customer service, they just respond that they do not have any update on my request.

                          I have raised a complaint on 26 th Dec 2024 regarding my Aquaguard water purifier is not working. Till now the complaint is not resolved. I have sent many call/mails / request to customer care and mail [protected]@eurekaforbes.com..they replied that technician will come with in 24 hrs.. It's almost 15 days .I have not received any calls from any one..is this the way you are giving service to your customers?.

                            I purchased a water softener aws 600 from Eureka Forbes in Washim, Maharashtra on 7/12/2024. The sales order is [protected] and customer code is [protected].However, the product was not installed properly by their team, rendering it unusable. Despite multiple follow-ups requesting either proper installation or a refund, no action has been taken for a month.I have all the mails and proper call recordings with thier customer care team.

                            This delay and lack of response have caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I demand an immediate resolution, by providing a full refund. If no action is taken, I will escalate the matter further through legal and consumer protection channels.”

                              Raised a complaint through Eureka Forbes app in the month of October, 2024 and received a message through Whatsapp stating that complaint was cancelled as not heard from us. yesterday received a message that your complaint will be attended within 24 hours. No call simple message cancelled your complaint. More over the product is under warranty and three months is exhausted due to poor service.

                              Lodged a complaint again today.

                              Being a brand this is the situation when come to solve the problem. Not recommend to purchase a product from Eureka Forbes.

                                This is reg on going issue CM[protected].
                                I have raised initial request (CM[protected] on 16th December for normal regular service. After 3 days of follow up, technician came on 19th December and forced me to pay 8999 Rs as AMC amount for 3 years. Only then this service can be done. So, I took that package and next day 20th December another technician came and replaced my filter and motor (replaced my new motor with some old motor) and said it is part of package to replace filter and motor once in a year. Within few hours my machine stopped working and I called same technician. He said he will fix it by 21st December. He raised new request on 21st December (CM[protected] with ETA as EOD for closure. Since then, he is not picking my call.
                                I started calling customer care from 21st December and they give me standard reply 'within 24 hrs issue will be fixed. Issue escalated to next level team/higher officials'.
                                I started email conversation with customer care team from 23rd December, and I get the same reply from them 'within 24 hrs issue will be fixed. Issue escalated to next level team/higher officials'.
                                From google I got grievanceofficer email ID and started conversation with them from 3rd January and I got the same reply from them.
                                At the time of taking AMC package, this technician came to me home within 4hrs after escalating the issue and collected 8999 rs from me. And he confirmed me all service will be done within 24 hrs after taking AMC package. If parts are not available, then then filter will be replaced. Now its 15 days, no response from him and he is not picking my call.
                                From the Eureka forbes app, I can see a technician assigned on 26th December and I have given these details to customer care (both call and e-mail) and grievanceofficer but no action from their end.
                                In short, the machine is dead from 21st December (After their service) and they took 8999 rs from me in the name of AMC and no service provided. Now I am buying water from outside for my daily use.

                                I have reached out to Grievance officer and getting same reply from them about 24 hrs ETA (from 3rd January). But not fixing the issue or any call from assigned technician.
