Subject: Request for Refund for Unfulfilled Annual Maintenance Contract
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) I purchased from Eureka Forbes on May 30, 2024. Despite the contract's promise of regular service and maintenance for 24 months, I have not received any service since the inception of the contract.
Below are the details of my AMC:

Despite my numerous attempts to contact your customer service team, I have not received a satisfactory response or the promised services. This lack of service is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience.
Given the circumstances, I request a full refund of the amount paid for the AMC. Please process this refund at the earliest and confirm the same via email or phone.

and that I have made several calls on toll free, mailed complaints, whats app too . My communication with your customer service team has been futile .
I clearly see how much Eureka Forbes values its customers and their satisfaction. Your entire service team and their vertical down line involved have all failed at disposing due service . The filters haven’t changed even after the AMC, we are getting un purified water therefore having to boil it too after facing extreme trouble I’m forced to ask for a refund of 3101₹ against AMC
I look forward to your prompt response and escalation of refund process.
