Eureka Forbes — Dr Aquaguard Magna cheated by sales representative on purchase

I have purchased Magna HD aqua guard from your sales representative named

Mr Akarnchari Kannuri
ID: 9080047.

He offered me the specific model at a price of 16, 490/- though it was showing 17, 490/- online. He suggested me to buy it from online by paying 17, 490/- and a refund of rupees 1000/- post installation by him.

But to my surprise neither the installation was done by him nor he is refunding the committed amount.

And now even he is not picking up my phone after so many dials. Even I spoke with his manager named Mr Tirupathi regarding this, who even didn't turned up.

Which is too terrible for a company like Eureka forbes where they cheat people in such a way.

Hope your senior management look after this issue, refund my money and take's disciplinary action against such sales people. So that companies reputation is not hampered.
