I have purchased Dr. Aquadaurd HD, RO + UV on 30/03/2015, from installation details.
1. Sales person came explained about products and checked the TDS, he suggested no need to put extra filter, he recommended to use 7000 to 8000 ltrs, nothing going to happen if any thing happen service person will come and check and replace.
2. Installed person came installed within 10 minutes he went, after installation water leakage he visited two times.
3. now I got problems, that rejection water is not coming, complained about in customer care[protected], technician came Mr. Harsha he checked and replaced some small nosel rejection water started coming.
4. Water is filling up more than two hrs taking for 7ltrs tank, he told me that Membrane choked, he came next day and replaced re generation membrane after no changes, he is simply telling we can not more than this.
5. again I called customer care they r telling we ll replace with new one will solve the problem.
I am living with my wife and kid, water use around 6 to 8 ltrs per day 8x30 days = 240 ltrs x 11 months = 2640 ltrs.
I believed on Eureka Products, I m just waiting for the solving the problems.
