Recently I purchased a RO + UV Water purifier from Eureka Forbes.Right from day one, I have observed that for every litre of purified water I get almost three litres of water goes down the drain as waste water.This is highly attrocious particularly when drinking water is so precious and every efforts are required to be made to preserve ever drop of it.

Why Eureka Forbes is not taking steps to reduce this wastage of water by suitably changing the technique/memdrane or the process.It will be a great service the Company will be doing if it can reduce this wastage of precious drinking water.

Dear Shastryji wait for some more days..the aqua-guard purifier on its own will stop functioning properly and even after calling their helpline no the service technician will not repair your equipment properly. And you will see your hard earned money which you have spent to buy this purifier going down the drain.

I am an unfortunate buyer of your product aquaflow dlx uv hi flo-2lit/min.I purchased it from m/s q.R.S.Kottayam in set.2014 paying rs.5700. The guarantee period was over by sept.2015.Immediately after the guarantee period it went out of service in dec.2015. After making repeated complaints the service person from your authorised service centre came and tested the unit .He told that the board has failed and demanded rs.1500 for its replacement and another rs.600 for replacing the cylinder.I could not easily digest the demand as i expected a certain degree of quality standard and quality assurance at the time of buying it, being a product of a reputed company .So, i wanted to ensure that the service agent was not over estimating the repair charges. I therefore contacted your service personnel who assured me that the company technician will come and inspect the unit.As no body turned up or contacted ever after 15 days i thought it better to resort to this measure. Is it of any use?

    Dear Sir,
    In Feb 2014, I made a huge mistake of buying Dr Aqua guard directly from their Sales Representative Sangli Vishal Kambre- mobile [protected]. Since last 4 months the machine is not functioning properly and inspite of my repeated complaints the technician is on purpose not attending the service calls. The reason being the company wants warranty period which is 12 months to get over. Than these blood suckers will start charging hefty amount from us gullible customers for maintenance of our machines.I have registered 4 complaints with their call centre no-[protected]

    Still the machine is making deafening noise when it is working although only consolation is it is giving me pure water.

        Dear sir,
        From last 15 days we are facinf a lot of problem for water, even though we posses an aquaguard RO+UV ENHANCE we are buying water for our daily consumption.We are not geting any response from any one.one person came and said your SMPS not working and cut its wire and after checking said that its is working but the pcb is not working and disconnected it from the unit. They are forcing us to do AMC to make the filter work.Eventhough We are living in Angul 120km away from bbsr still we took the pcb to bbsr forest park service centre and they said on 15th jan one person will come to our home to repair the same but till date no body is comming.         Dear sir,

        Its really very frustating being the customer of Eureka frobes. After purchasing RO UV enhance model, we got the benefit of only one service where as we have been said for availing 3 service and after that we have always been forced to have the AMC. Before some days we have faced some problem in our aquagard, upon checking it was found the fault in PCB, but your service technician was saying the fault in filter membrane, then they have damaged the cable and the male/female plug of the SMPS which was found working after that. Even we finally came to the conclusion that to get our aquagard working, we have to get the AMC.

        So after so much of irritation, we have finally decided to shift from Eureka frobes to Kent and also we will never suggest any of my friends, relatives and collegues to opt for Eureka Frobes.

        At the end, i would like to tell one thing that please treat your customer as an user not as an who will be looted after once purchased your product in the name of AMC, service, etc...

          I have order to install security system at my home, and paid full amount to company, but unfortunately company not install system properly and till date the system dosent work, many time i call them and request them to install for system but the ignore the same, meantime their representative come at my home and take back some cameras and other unit. i call so many time but they don't take my call and cant revert me. i m fully helpless. pls solve the matter

            Request No. 85190068 dated[protected] and my subsequent followups on dated 12th, 18th, 20th, 22nd, 23rd, 25th

            On 12th Jan a represent came under annual maintenance contract, post that my AQUASURE RO+UV stopped working and still unserviceable. Lastly a technician came on[protected] with a PCB to replace old PCB. After installing PCB, the water filter is still not working. Then he told, this PCB is not suitable for this AQUASURE and need exact PCB which is not available with them.
            On 23rd I again contacted customer care and they promised by 23rd evening someone will visit my home, but no one turned up.

            Till date, my AQUASURE lying unserviceable and I am buying bottle water from the market and spending lot of money. Over call If I'm requesting them to connect to Customer Care Executive Ms. Anu Kotian or ead of Customer Care, Ms. Vinath Hegde to escalate it further, they are not ready to do.

            Looks like now I ended up in no man's land.

                My Name is Murali.

                I had gifted Aquagard worth around Rs. 14500 to my Cousin Mr. Anandbabu. The Aquaguard Sales person was Punidhan (phone number : +[protected]). It looks like RO+ model has been installed which is a superior version. Nobody noticed at home as it was a gift from me.

                We received a call from the Aquaguard Sales Person Punidhan (phone number : [protected]) on 22nd Jan, stating the wrong model was installed and they need the balance payment. I had to think it over for few days and today I told Punidhan that I will issue post dated check for first week of Feb. He started pushing me that he needs it today.

                This is totally a mistake of Aquaguard Sales and Service team. And I am no way responsible. Still I am willing to pay the extra money that can be paid in another 10 days through my post dated cheque. But Punidhan is stating that he will remove the Aquaguard system which is installed or he will come to our door step to collect the money.

                Do you people hire Gundas/Rowdys or Sales people to deal with customers? I don't understand. If you still wish to make this as a trouble for both o[censored]s I am ready to face this legally. All I am saying is I will pay the balance money by the First week of February.

                  I bought vaccum cleaner in October and got damaged in November last year. 29th November sent a request to repair, 10th Jan reminder and finally called 25th Jan to figure out what these guys are up to. Why a simple request cant be handled. The smart guy on call center said email and call center is diff department so i can raise a request now. Wow!!

                    This is Nirav Thakkar - [protected] from Mumbai. In 2014 I purchased the best and latest model of Eureka Forbes aquagard Ro Expert. DB Agencies is the service contact provider we paid the contract fee in advance for full year. A part called Dapner or Dafner is damaged. Because of which our aquagard stops working anytime and we have boil the water and drink. The complaint is raised from 18 months now. DB AGENCIES say sir part is not coming from company what can we do. Contacted 2 Supervisors escalation to Eureka Forbes. Mr Sunil Yadav - [protected] & Mr Mukesh Pandey - [protected]. Came to know that Mr Yadav is senior. He has given me 72 false promises of sending the part each week on monday as they have to get it collected from their warehouse. If such service is being provided in Mumbai Metro i can understand the service level quality of Eureka Forbes in other cities. I am planning to throw the machine as it doesnt work but not ready to call MR Sunil Yadav for the 73rd false promise. Being a customer since 20 years i had high regards for Eureka Forbes. Or i think Mr Sunil Yadav should give his resignation for giving 72 false commitments.

                      Hi Team,

                      We called for a survey with Eureka Forbes in sept 2015 and booked Dr Aquaguard by providing all the documents including 11PDC cheques. In the same evening we called the representative and canceled the same product and asked him to return the documents however dispute of knowing the situation, their salesman presented our two cheques (354368 and 354369) and the amount get deduced from our bank account. The product was booked in name of my father shri H.P. Saxena.

                      Since then we were calling Mr Amit Sharma ( Eureka Forbes representatives, emp I'd[protected] and his senior to refund the money but they always say that money will be refunded in next two business day however it's already 4 months but I have not yet received the money.

                      Please help me in getting the fund back.

                        this is Rashmi Ravindernath from Vadodara, Gujarat.
                        I had taken a two year contract for service for my Aquaguard RO purifier on 30th march 2014. My contract is from 26/4/14 to 26/4/16.
                        I shifted my house in April 2015. almost the same month i called on the helpline number to intimate and get my address changed from
                        B4, siddharth bunglows, sama Savli road, vadodara
                        to
                        104, Garnet flatss, B tower, vasna road, near D mart, vadodara.
                        I had my service due for the year 2015.
                        i had also left a service request with my address change.
                        I waited for a month, and then called again. The lady at helpline again asked my address and said she will get it changed.
                        but no one came.
                        i called three to four times but still no one came. my machine is not serviced since a year. On 21st jan 2016, i had called Mr. Paresh at the head office and he told us to contact this areas dealer in service, Aqua fresh.
                        Now people from aqua fresh say they haven't received our address change and service request and the person who came just saw the machine and said he has to find out from our service records that can our filters be changed or we have to pay.
                        he said he will come on friday, but he didnt come.

                        how can i confirm who is at fault.
                        I paid for sevice but the company didnt provide. Filters need to be replaced, and i am told may be i have to pay for them!!!
                        Such negligence by Eureka forbes
                        their mistake and i as a customer has to pay!

                            Hi, i had bought a dr aquaguard hd ro uv wayer purifier from eureka forbes, tirupur-
                            i bought this on 2nd sep 2015
                            bill not yet received till dec 29
                            after several calls to their staffs, i got this on 30th dec, where i cannot claim vat of rs 2214, due to the delay in bill delivery.
                            still now i haven't received the revised bill with current date & still now the eureka forbes executives are lethargic and they are saying revised bill with current date is not possible.
                            they only care on getting the money from us & they had no verification over their bills delivery to customer.
                            i dont know how come, i may loss that VAT amount owing to these peoples laziness and impotence.

                              Hi,

                              I registered a complaint on Dec 8, 2015 that the pipe is leaking and we are unable to use the filter. After repeated calls, the technician came and said that the switch has to replaced but he fixed it temporarily and left.The same day due to improper repair too much pressure built up in the tank due to which the tank broke and water started to leak on the floor in the entire kitchen. After contacting them for the above issue I was told that the tank needs to be replaced. One of the supervisors said that this is a very rare issue and he would put an order for the tank and would come personally to replace the tank once it is received. Since then I had to follow up several times as we were facing trouble with potable water and so far the issue is still pending !!! and we are getting packaged drinking water from other sources.
                              when I call the customer service, they say that they are sending someone by the evening no one shows up. And finally when I call some of the supervisors, they try to give some local in charge's no. so that I have to follow up with them, which in my opinion is their job.I don't understand how does such a big company still exist with so many consumer complaints. This is to bring to your attention that I had lodged the complaint eight times since it's installation in June 2014 and wondering What kind of service are they providing.I lost the hope that my filter would be ever repaired fully to my satisfaction and be used for potable water continuously for at least a month without any further complaints!!!

                                We had purchase the water dispenser in the month of Nov 2015 til now it is not working from the date of prchase we had registered so many complaint in customer care but no proper solution after attending the problem. Even they don't replace the product also. It is a third grade product and worst service and product. I want my money back from this company.

                                  Dear Team

                                  6 Months back I have purchased water purifier- aqua guard eternity compact model from Eureka Forbes through official branch office. It is very surprising to see within 6 month water output started getting slow and some time it stops in middle. On 1st Jan 2016 i have complained[protected] through their toll free number next day there was an engineer to resolve the issue but issued did not resolved and as per Mr.Rajendra ([protected]) there was an circuit issue. After chasing for couple of week it was replaced with either new or old by escalating issue with Mr.Anil ([protected]). It worked for 2 day and the same issue has been observed now, currently i am not able to use the product and to be honest i am no more interested to keep this product.
                                  History :- I am very old customer (from 10 year) of aqua guard never face issue with old product and now this product has seriously put doubt on the product and their services.

                                  I would request to resolve my issue by providing brand new product.

                                  Very bad news, from 23rd Jan till date Eureka Forbes Sr.Engineer has visited thrice and tried his best to fix the problem but very next day the product stops working in middle (shows its color). I am no more interested to keep this product, Eureka has to take the responsibility to provide me brand new product or refund my money and now i will not entertain anymore engineer to visit my house to repairing.

                                  When I spoke to Mr.Rajendra ([protected]) to change the product he was helpless and told me to speak to Mr.Anil ([protected]). I tried reaching Anil couple of time but he didn't picked up my phone neither he has courtesy to revert back.

                                  I am very upset and lost all the faith on Eureka Forbes which i had from last 10 yrs and will make sure to never buy any product from this company and will not recommended any one else henceforth. Kindly send some from your team to get this product out of my house immediately.

                                  I have been cheated by providing a faulty product. I will to take this case in consumer court on priority.

                                  Get yoursel[censored]pdate before u post your comment in front of evryone. since last 1 month 7 engineers have visit different time and have changed number of parts, it works for one day and next day onwards shows its Color. I am fed up with this product, now don't even send anyone to my house.
                                  I want your team to replace the product on priority as I am not able to use this product from last two month.
                                  For your information yesterday one o[censored]r engineer has provide report stating replacement of te product request.

                                  Since last 1 month 7 engineers have visit in different time zone and have changed number of parts, it works for one day and next day onward it shows the Color. I am fed up with this product and your capabilities to resolve the issue. I don’t want to see any engineer in my house for resolve the issue.

                                  Since last 2 months I am not able to use the brand new product so I want Eureka Forbes to replace the product on priority.

                                  Once again I regret to say the that quality of service of Eureka Forbes has gone down to a great extent will ensure that none of friends, office colleagues or family members will purchase your product in the days to come as these type of products are now being manufactured by other vendors and it is readily available in the market.

                                    I have purchased water purifier compact model from Eureka Forbes online . after 5 month water getting slow, same issue observed in two time, at prentetly same issue observed 10-15 day is not working, it is under warranty period, it is waste of money product, we suggest to buyer do not purchase Eureka Forbes water purifier . please resolve my problem urgently .

                                      I had ordered a water purifier Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Enhance worth 16500 through Paytm.

                                      The product was delivered on 12 Jan 2016 and I raised the installation request the same day. The installation guy from the

                                      installation dept came on 14th Jan and on doing basic installation tasks like drilling holes on wall to hang the filter etc

                                      found that the product is not working at the first place.. The pump did not get On and even the UV lamp was not working. He

                                      had zero knowledge of the working and called some so called seniors ten times and the other end senior technicians asked

                                      him to come back and he returned saying he will come the next day

                                      No body turned up the next day. After 2-3 days, I again call up cust care and a guy arrives with again zero knowledge of

                                      the product... Cuts some wires, does non sense to the machine and again calls up seniors to ask how to resolve the issue,

                                      dont understand if they even know what a filter is.

                                      He goes back promising to return the next day and my whole day is gone waiting for this guy. I loose a day and salary in

                                      office.

                                      I take his so called seniors number and call them up trying to check what the issue is and each one of the so called 2

                                      senior technicians have different answers and tell me different issues.

                                      One week passes, and still the issue is not rectified.

                                      I try to reach the same people and no body answers call and even when they answer, they try to hide and do not have

                                      definite answer.

                                      I raise a complaint again online via email and the service center guys pitch in. They schedule appointment and arrive on

                                      time and mention that a new component is defective, note that this defective item was fine as per previous technicians.

                                      Oh god, its hell for me and my family and next 3 days pass. The service center guys say that the component is not available

                                      with them and it will take 2 days again, what crap is this?????

                                      Its been about 12 days now and so much escalations to seniors and till date the product is not installed and forget

                                      installation, even the defective component is not identified!!!


                                      Pathetic service!! I want all the concerned technicians, service centers and installation dept guys to be pulled In and

                                      Eureka forbes should crack a whip on them so that atleast in future customers do not get harassed like me.

                                        Worst Service. I am continously calling them on their customer care number and everytime they tell me that today itself the mechanic will go and fix the things. Since last 30 days my machine is not working and I am buying water. I have invested 19500 in buying their RO model and have already purchased water worth 1500/- from outside. I was a fool when I trusted these guys.
