Eureka Forbes — dr aquaguard nrich hd ro+uv+mtds - red light issue

I have purchased Dr AQUAGUARD NRICH HD RO+UV+MTDS on[protected]. On 5th April 2020, I logged a compliant # [protected] about RED light blinking, a week later water stopped coming. On 07may2020, the engineer came and they said that there is chip issue and it fixed and working fine...but the RED light is keep coming. Now the water taste is different and it takes 4 to 5 hrs to fill the storage unit/tank (5-7 ltr). It's under warranty and they refused to fix the RED light issue. If the purifier and properly fixed and working then it should show GREEN light, water taste should be proper. Kids are not able to drink the water... I think they over-ride the purifier function and make it work because the machine auto stopped the filtering function and showed RED water is coming, no taste and keep blinking RED light... Please fix the issue permanently since its essential for family and kids. New complaint number # [protected]

.4th compliant # [protected] - logged on 26 May 2020 - The service person said that if we buy AMC then they will change and fix the issue otherwise they wont fix it...Still my product is under warranty...what kind of cheap service people, sales person and cheap product...someone is filed case against this company then let me know i will also join with them...
1. Aquaguard - Cheat Salesman - he said that we will get additional 1 yr warranty ans sold the product
2. Aquaguard - Cheat Serviceman - logged 4 or 5 tickets, they never fixed my RED light blinking issue...Salesman said that we will get 10000 ltr but the service person informed that this model cartridge is small so it will filter 5000 ltrs only, after that RED will blink and we need change cartridge... every 6 months once we need to spend Rs. 4500 for new cartridge, so yearly Rs. 9000 cartridge + 5500 (1 year AMC) = Rs. 14500...Its waste of money and they are cheating people.
3. Aquaguard - Cheap Service - if we log a ticket then they never visit and fix the issue. they take atleast 1 week to respond, if they come also they will tell all fake details to customers and trying to sell something + they never fix the issue for free of cost incase if you have warranty or AMC also...

By using the brand name, they are cheating people... I am very much disappointed and need to throw the product infront of Dr AQUAGUARD NRICH HD RO+UV+MTDS office...

I do have the same experience with this model "Dr AQUAGUARD NRICH HD RO+ UV+ MTDS Water Purifier" and with several follow up the status remain "Unresolved" till date. The Red light is still blinking and technician is clueless about the reason. The product is already under AMC about 6 months back.

I wonder how such a renowned brand launched a faulty product with pathetic post sales service.
