We bought aquaguard classic+ water purifier on 26.02.2017 and this was installed properly. Customer id : [protected]

We moved our residence in july 2018 and we called eureka forbes for installation and service. This was done too.in november 2018 we called eureka forbes for service and people from ion exacense turned up.

After servicing the water purifier, they convinced us to buy a 2 year amc for rs. 3775/-, which we did. But, now in the past 12 months, even after repeated calls to ion exacense, they have not bothered to attend, though every time they promise that they will attend immediately. They even agree that they have not attended for 1 year and hence they will extend the warranty by another 12 months!

Now, eureka forbes says that there is no amc for our purifier in their records and hence they cannot give free service.

My question is that, you - eureka forbes - gave our number to ion exacense (Otherwise how did they get it?) - so, now, how can you claim that it is not your responsibility?

Very disappointed with eureka forbes!

Hi Priya,

Someone claiming to be from Eureka Forbes called me, probably in response to this complaint.

But, on detailed questioning, he said he is a Franchisee.

So, what is the assurance that this person is also not a fraud ?
Also, he said that I would have to pay service charges + cost of parts as our AMC with Ion Exacense is not valid as far as he is concerned.

So, if Eureka Forbes is handling all installation and service requests through Franchisees only, then isn't it the responsibility of Eureka Forbes to ensure that the Franchisees are providing proper services ? And, if they don't, then transfer that AMC to another Franchisee ?

Do you expect that your customers go from one Franchisee to another until they find someone whose services are satisfactory ?

What is the recourse open to customers like me who get duped by unscrupulous fraud Franchisees like ION EXACENSE ?

    I anoop ahuha BP-2 first floor West patel nagar cont no-[protected] purchase a eureka forbes water purifier pro ro+uv+tds on for rs 27990/- and also get amc on[protected] contract reciept no-[protected]. This product make trouble many times. Many complaint i put to eureka forbes but no solution can come.in my first complaint our product is in gurantee but they not repair it. After ur consideration it get repair. But from beaning i face trouble. I purchase water from other sources beside my continuous comp. No engineer come for resolve problem co consist for last 2 month i not get water from it. Many health issue persist they sought us why we complaint to your side. I humble request kindly take necessery action on the matter. I COMP AGAIN AND AGAIN i purchase water for rs 220 daily .your dept not take my problem seriously i[censored] not solve my problem in time I make a suit against your company to the court of law . your telephone change without the information of costumer .

      One mr shibaprosad ganguly (M: [protected]) representing your company came to sell me the above product. I paid him in 4 cheques, one already encashed. The product was delivered to me on saturday 30th nov 2019. He was informed by me. Since then he failed to visit me to give me papers like warranty card & not done installation. The machine is still lying idle with my family not being able to use it in the winter pollution. I have called up a complaint cell but they were not helpfull.

      I have raised AMC request, While raising AMC request they have charged me Rs-4355 but so far they have not done AMC as well as not refunded my money, I have raised service request in their portal and number is [protected] and escalated until Setp-2 but solution so far.

        customer care not responding despite multiple request raised

        Pathetic is not the word here to describe eureka forbes customer care. we have raised a re-installation request no [protected] on 26th Nov and again on 29th Nov and again on 1st Dec and again on 3rd Dec. But Eureka Forbes call center and customer service has been totally ignorant to all calls and requests. eureka forbes is very proactive in collecting annual maintenance cheques from us but they ensure there is no action on complaints and request...

        I was forcefully sold a dr. Aquaguard classic+ water purifier in apr 2019 by sales field agent of eureka forbes (Ef) citing issues with my older classic one. After just 6 months o[censored]se, the machine stopped releasing water from the outlet! After calling technicians of ef, we were enlightened that the candle/filter of the machine counts the number of litres of water the machine processes by way of number of hours it runs. As soon as the processed quantity reaches 6000 litres, the machine stops automatically (Chip based). Imagine, in a household of 4 members, how can 6000 litres be consumed for drinking in 6 months!!
        The trick is, no matter what is the speed of flow of the water from the inlet, the timer fitted in the machine decides that 6000 litres are processed.
        Now the filter to be changed does not fall in the extended amc, only in the first year warranty period. The cost of this filter is rs. 2500/- and the cost of the whole machine is barely 11, 000/-
        So to save this 2500/- every 6 months, i am being asked to fit a bulky booster pump next to the purifier so that the speed of water processing increases. Cost of this pump is 2500/-..

        My question is why should i spend more and more money on a simple machine like a water purifier! Is this a deliberate money making strategy that company is adopting by enabling automatic chip based machines that take customers to ransom by just shutting off and insisting to change filters at high costs!

        After so many follow ups the external booster pump was fitted which makes a lot of noise and looks so ugly on the wall. This machine bought - Dr Aquaguard (Dr. A.) Classic+ was and is a disaster. One of the technicians of Dr A himself told me that the sales person duped us by selling an outdated version of the machine which does not come fitted with a booster pump. The new machine has inbuilt booster pump and is slightly expensive than the older one.

        Also complaint #2 is I had a 2 year AMC (copy attached) bought for my old machine just before this ugly machine was sold to me... The company is not willing to extend the AMC to the maintenance of this machine, after 1 year inbuilt warranty is expired. Company is not even considering that due to pandemic lockdown we lost 10 months of non service. Ideally our AMC should be extended till Feb 2022...
        I had spoken to the regional sales head in 2019 - Susheel Patil, but he is transferred now. He had given me multiple promises and only SMS replies, nothing on email. The new person who I tried to reach was rude and didnt care.
        Company is prompt enough to send me multiple reminders to pay for extending the warranty.

          We purchased dr aquaguard classic 6 months ago and now it is not working as there is some chip/programming fault in it as per your technician. If a product can get faulty within 6 months of purchase then how can you sure it will not happen after warranty period get ended. Who will pay for fault after warranty period as i am not going to pay a single amount on it. I will take this matter to court if i have to..
          I need a new product or my money back..
          I dont want any repair just replace it or refund me back.

            I am a regular user of your product for the last 10 years and presently i am using product"genius". For it's regular maintenance, i entered to an amc with m/s. Eureka forbes ltd dalibagh lucknow for two years w. E. F 11.07.18 to 10.07.20. However it is distressing to point out that authorized representative eureka forbes ltd dalibagh lucknow is not honouring contractual provision and denying to visit my home for its periodical checkup and maintenance.
            I request your good self to intervene into the matter and instruct your representative to attend amc otherwise i would be forced to seek direction from the appropriate platform for enforcement against the concerned party.

              Hi all,
              Eureka forbes is brand of purifiers and vaccum cleaners...
              But it has another name service cheaters, by cheating customers in the means of general service and spoiling the purifiers "which leads the customer to buy annual maintenance"
              Here is the scenario:-
              I had taken annual maintenance for aqua guard purifier @ the cost of 4505/- per year. Dated from 17/nov/2018 to 17/nov/2019.
              My customer code : - [protected].
              Executive registered under :- suresh v
              I had 3 free servicing and change of filters once in a year.
              Change of filters was done 4 months back, my purifier was working very fine.
              I used to get msgs for renewal of annual maintenance continuously everyday since 10 days before annual maintenance expiry date "17/nov/2019".
              I had taken final service done by one of their executive on 16/nov/2019, since then my purifier worked only for 4 days and suddenly it stopped working.
              I asked the service executive to check the issue, he returned on 27/nov/2019 and mentioned that the adapter of the purifier is gone which will cost me rs.1700/- and also forced me to buy the annual maintenance.

              Here i did not understand one part... Where the service executives are been appointed to spoil the purifiers and forcing the customers to buy the annual maintenance which costs rs.4505/-.

              Now i want justice towards this kind o[censored]n-ethical service providers and services done by eureka forbes.
              If i really want the filters to be changed let me register a complaint and i will bear the cost of filters.

              When it comes to the annual maintenance: - the service engineers who schedule appointment never turn-up to the service the purifier.
              I got the purifier serviced only once in the entire year and they changed only 2 filter cartridges which dint even cost them 400-800/-.
              Also they where suppose to change the carbon filter once in year, which never happened.
              When i took the annual maintenance, the service guy spoiled the pump which he replaced after 15 days of spoilage.
              Eureka forbes service agencies never follow-up after the service is done.

              Now my purifier is not working, i have asked the service engineer to renew my annual maintenance and replace the power adapter of the purifier.

              My concern is i am ok to take up the annual maintenance,
              But this time i really want the eureka forbes service manager to visit my house check the condition of the machine.. I seriously do not want to pay any more amount to eureka forbes.
              But i need a replacement of my purifier with new one.
              (My purifier is spoiled completely, led lights does not work, water level control does not work, pump does not work properly, it takes 8 hrs to fill 6 ltrs of water.)
              Please take this concern seriously and fulfill my requirement.

                Dont Every Buy Products from Eureka Forbes - Their water purifiers

                are of very low quality. The executives will really lick you to sell their

                products. Once Sold they will FORGET YOU. If you have any

                problem in the water purifier you will BE SHOWN HEAVEN IN DAY

                LIGHT BY THESE COMPANY PEOPLE. They never bother to come

                during AMC Period to service, They only need money MONEY and

                MONEY. CO is not bothered anything about the quality and service

                ONLY AIM OF COMPANY IS to EARN MONEY MONEY MONEY AND

                MONEY. The service centres do not have parts. SUCH A BIG

                COMPANY and even after taking money THEY MAKE YOU CALLING

                AGAIN AND AGAIN. And YOU HAVE TO NARATTE HISTORY AND

                GEOGRAPHY EVERY TIME YOU CALL TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE

                NUMBER. THEY ARE REALLY WHITE COLLAR CRIMINALS PEOPLE.

                DO NOT TRUST ON EUREKA FORBES. THEY ARE LIARS,

                I have been cheated by Sushil Patil, Indresh Yadav and Sudhir Kumar from Eureka Forbes.

                First they misguided me to buy Dr. Aquaguard Classic +Ayur. Based on their advice I bought and machine was delivered. The invoice no is[protected] and Sales order no is [protected]. However the machine was not fitting and we agreed for replacing the same with Aquaguard Compact machine.

                On 20th June they took Ayur machine and told me that the new machine will come in 2 days and refund of Rs. 2, 810/- will come in week or 10 days.

                However now even after 12 days I have not received my machine or refund. Whenever i call They say machine will come tomorrow. They are now not even cancelling my order.

                I have complained multiple times on customer service and also mailed but no response.

                I feel I am cheated and fraud is committed with me by these two people.

                Please help me on this.

                    Purchased 1 yr AMC ON JAN19 for 5000 rs, UNDER the terms i was suppose to get 3 service in regular intervals . In feb i got Only kit changed and after that no one visited.
                    following up with customer care from last 2 -3 months but still not received the service, they just close the complain without addressing and instead of assuring to addresses the service they failed and if ask to fwd the call to senior they just put call on hold

                    My family health may get affected with the water quality. After paying also i m not getting service.

                    Today's i was asured that the technician will visit my premises before 4.30 and customer care will give me a call in 15 mins. After waiting i called them back at 5 they are just without clue and when asked to forward the call to seniors as the normal customer care representative are not in a position to handel it they just put my call on hold for 10 to 12 mins.really unprofessional.

                    Even to do the servicing i took off from my work. As my family health is in risk., the servicing didn't happen from last 9 months, after paying for the service as well.

                    Please provide me suitable solutions to this issues.

                      Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

                      This is to bring to your notice that while servicing Aqua Guard at my home the technician (Gaurav) had installed duplicate/ faulty filter kit in the month of May' 2019 for the amount of INR 4650. After 10-15 days water started dripping from the RO and outflow did not stop. Quality of water is still not drinkable. We tried calling the same Technician multiple times but we did not get any response. We were forced to request for another service and were taken by shock when the new Technician confirmed that the parts that were installed in May' 2019 were fake/ duplicate.

                      I feel cheated and disappointed that my RO is still not working. Request you to kindly look into this matter and help resolve the issue at the earliest.

                        I have purchased a dr. Aquaguard water purifier in the month of april 2019, at the time of installation the marketing agent and service provider assured me that the purchased receipt and gift item will be delivered by post but till yet i did not received any of that item and also nobody contacted me to provide free service which are offered by the company at the time of sale of this product. The product already covered six month but no service holder never contacted me to give this service for which i am facing lots of difficulties regarding water purifier.

                          I'm from kovaipudur coimbatore. The machine was working properly till the service person came to check the machine.

                          The service person named durai, the most irresponsible fellow. Twice he came to my house for service, both the times immediately after he left, we have problem in our machine.

                          1. Oveflow of water from the tank.. Even after we switched off the machine.
                          2. Leaking of water from the tank from bottom... Even after switching the machine off.

                          If we cal him again, he is giving an stupid answer to switch off the machine.

                          Send some persons, who know's to handle the machine.

                            We have bought classic+ with extended amc @ 15000/-. Mr. Santosh jha, sales manager promised scratch guard with assured gift. We didn't receive any scratch card. Mr. Jha is not even responding our msg as well as phone.

                            Further, we have tested water in lab and found presence of bacteria e. Coli and coliform. Upon complaint eureka forbes collected sample and given clean cheat report which is manipulated and in favour of company.

                            I suggest not to buy any product as they are taking undue advantage of public trust. I am again going to test water in third party lab where i need to pay rs.2500/- for analysis.

                            We feel we have bought headache. This is very disappointing.

                              I have contacted costumer care on 15th nov 2019 and lodged the complaint water purify not working completely, contacted more than 6 times but there is no action taken yet. I have been told many times that technician would visit within 48 hours. But i have waited for almost 6 days but nothing happened.

                              We have lost faith on eureka forbe service as there are not attending customer compaints. Facing really very big issue with eureka foreka forbe with their service.

                              Everyday, we are buying bisleri 20 ltrs jar (Water purify bottles of 20 ltrs) and eating food outside because of eureka forbe not proving service.

                              Even after several follow up to their customer care and don't get surtee regarding compaint.

                              In the case of not providing service and not resolving our compaint. Don't think we should continue with ereka forbes now.

                              Using of eureka form filter machine not useful.in that case return our money which paid to you while buying filter machine from eureka forbes. We are in amc period, eureka forbes not proving service even after we are in amc period.

                              Every day, we are spending our time around 3 to 4 hours and doing follow up with customer care.

                              I would like to know how eureka forbes will compensate to their customer while not providing service to their customer.

                              We are spending our time and money but eureka forbes is not bother to attend customer compaint seriously.

                                Your service executive insisted for renewal of amc for replacing the 3 filters of my ro water purifier though under valid amc. After payment of 2 yrs renewal amount also, he has not replaced all 3 filters. He promised to come and rectify but never turned up since 7th nov 2019. More than 90% of water is discharged/wasted and filter water is not enough for use. This is a criminal breach.

                                Water won't come properly. And it suddenly get stopped. Water will come very slowly and suddenly water stops comming and again water starts comming
                                There is a jam in the pipe or something. We are not understanding the problem pls come to repair as fast as possible, last month only we changed the candles in it

                                  I have purchased one aquaguard water purifire reviva uv nxt on 01.06..2019 through online. Now water is not coming through it since last night. I make complained your c/c personel mr. Arnab nath and he assured me for 16.11.2019
                                  But some personal visit today in absence of myself and said filter is not working due to heavy use. I have two water purifire for total four family members. Is it heavy use? Actually i think you are concerned with sale the product only. You have no flow chart for free service in warranty period. After selling your service personals are franchisee based and they are coming to collect money by any means. After expensing rs.12000.00 now you are sending personal for money.
                                  Under this circumstances i am requesting you pl. Shortout the problem as water is essential and we deprived by you.
                                  Otherwise i have to action in consumer forum and at other places where it may deem fit and proper.

                                    On my way to home i saw an outlet naming arcane marketing at-badambadi, cuttack, odisha towards ring road traffic where auqa guards of eureka forbes were displayed. I went there and impressed the product i told the company representative present there naming sunil kumar sahu cell-[protected] on discussion i finally decided to buy one reviva nxt as i live in balangir. I bought the product he also accompanied me to bring the product at the bus stop. When i asked him regarding installation he told me our balangir technician will attend you, but almost after 7 days passed i again called the said mr sahu. For installation on date 01/07/2019 he himself came and installed of which i have to afford the bus fare `from cuttack to balangir of rs.1000/- but in a busy when i asked him for the bill he told me that it will be send through your e-mail but till date when i called him over phone he gave a contact number naming sandip to send my invoice through e-mail mr. Sandip misbehaved me that he were busy i have no common sense for frequently calling him.. My service time is approaching kindly do what is necessary and oblige.
