Hi All,
This is to inform you. I booked Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaner WDX2 on 14th January 2020 with full payment of 15000.00. Product was delivered to me on 23rd January 2020 since they were busy itseems. DEMO of the product was on 26th January 2020. Since i am working in a corporate i use machine once in 4-5days. Hence i hardly used for more than 5times. On 28th february 2020 when i tried to use machine was not working. I raised complaint via customer care on 1st of march 2020 and status of that is still open. I have nearly called customer care and sales executive who sold product to me for more than 35times i have recordings too if you require. Sales person from chennai (sanjay and sivaperumal) have mentioned to me that “we cant help because out of 50machines 10will be faulty, if you have any issues contact customer care” it has still not been resolved. Today 11th march 2020 its more than 10days this issue is not solved yet! They are a cheaters and frauds spreaded over the world. They do not know to handle simple customer query. I am totally dissatisfied and happy to return back and get my refund. I dont want to use this machine anymore. When ever i try calling chennai executive they always say some crap that we will escalate to seniors! But bloody no one os taking action

    I had bought a water purifier on 13 Mar 19. But till date there is no service after complaint. Now this water purifier is unserviceable before 2 months. I lodge a complain but after many attempt they take complain on 24 Feb 20 but there is noone to come for repair. Daily Customer tell that representive will come and repair but there is noone for service till date. I want to know that how many days to take for repair.

      My aquaguard green ro water-purifier is under amc. I logged a complaint on 27/02/2020 that it is not working. Your customer-care executive sent technician mr. M. Shankar the same day and he resolved the issue. However, the same issue recurred on 04/03/2020. Again, your customer-care executive sent the same technician mr. M. Shankar the same day and he resolved the issue again. The same issue (Sr# [protected]) recurred for the third time on 07/03/2020, it is assigned to the same technician again despite my repeated request to send some other senior-technician who can resolve the issue permanently not temporarily.

      Eureka forbes has failed to send a technician since then despite reminding them again and again and again. When tried to escalate the issue on their website, it is returning the message, “your ticket is no longer valid.” they are not picking-up the phone[protected]/62601888.

      I want my issue to get resolved at the earliest.

        We purchased a dr. Aquaguard magna a few years ago and ever since we are facing issues with it... To be clear, we have dirt, dust and baby cockroaches coming through the aquaguard... They are always floating on the water... No matter how many times we lodge a complaint with the rude staffs here in mangalore office. Is this why we trust eureka forbes and buy an aquaguard for 13000₹ and pay yearly amc of approximately 3000₹-4000₹???

        Please rectify this issue at the earliest!. Else i would have to really really escalate this issue and create more awareness on social media platforms as my final resort to justice from eureka forbes!!!

          I bought eureka nrich ro uv mtds directly from company sales executives on feb 16th 2020. They delivered next day and while installing that we found that there was leakage in the product. But technician was trying to fix that by opening all parts. Then after my argument and request, they delivered another unit and installed it. But after 2 days 2nd unit also stared leaking from storage tank. Not sure how the eureka supplying these knid of defected products. Now i came to decision to get back my money (Since no hope on eureka), complaint registered #[protected].

              I have shifted my residence from ichapur, north 24 paragansa, west bengal to birati, north 24 paraganas, west bengal. Due to shifting of my residence, i have requested the eureko forbes technician to de-installed dr. Auqaguard classic water purified. They have charged rs.225/- at that time. After shifting, i requested eureka forbes customer support to re-install the product in my new house. After several request, they have atleast one technician on 22.02.2020 after 6 days of request to re-installed the product i. E dr. Aquaguard water purifier. The technician charged rs.375/- but he failed to complete the re-installation process and he assured me that he will come another day with another equipment to complete the work. After several time feed back to eureka forbes, they have yet to complete the re-installation process, even thought they have collected re-installation charges rs.375/-. Now, they have not paying their heed into my complaint. Please take necessary action. They are charging more money for de-installation and re-installation.

                My aqua guard reviva machine is under service contract. I am getting harassed like anything by the service provider.in spite of asking to send a senior technician, they are sending the same engineer again and again. Even i contacted your customer support 2 times but of no use. Now my machine is not working for last 2 days & i am buying water from outside. I dont want to continue with this system, neither allow any more technician in my residence anymore. Request to refund my amc money immediately.

                    Re.: taking back dr. Aquaguard wrongly supplied to us with fake promise

                    Dear sir,

                    It is to bring to your notice that on 14th february 2020, i approached your customer care service through number [protected] and in response to that your representative mr. Satish tiwari (Gurgaon) visited my place and serviced my existing eureka forbes e-boiling uv+.

                    On the same day he pressurized us to take the new one dr. Aquaguard as today is the last day of discount and offered a discount of inr 2000/- this fact he confirmed to us after calling some number through his mobile. He further pressurized us to give him atleast cash of inr 2000 in order to avail the said discount of inr 2000 + inr 2000. Borne under his pressure we gave him inr 2000/- in cash against which no acknowledgment was given by him believing that he is the representative of well reputed/esteemed organization namely m/s eureka forbes limited. Further, he confirmed this fact about total inr 4000/.

                    We called him up on the same day in the evening on his mobile number [protected] and requested him to return inr 2000/- advance payment given to him on 14th february and do not proceed further.

                    On 15th february 2020, he has stated that he was busy in the hospital and regarding his brother accident and hence he was unable to talk.

                    Same day, on 15th february 2020 at about 5:30pm we were delivered dr. Aquaguard in a packed condition and we immediately informed mr. Satish tiwari at his aforesaid phone number we advised him take it back but as he was busy in the hospital and he further advised that he will send us the bill which will clearly show that inr 4000/- discount and receipt of the advance money.

                    Thereafter, we have been calling every day to mr. Tiwari but he is not picking up his mobile phone number as stated above.

                    All the above facts are recorded in my airtel mobile number and his mobile number. This fact can be certified from the respective service provider.

                    In view of the above, you are requested to collect back the dr. Aquaguard and return the cash of inr 2000/- since we have been cheated by mr. Tiwari believing him as your representative with the name of well reputed/esteemed organization namely m/s eureka forbes limited.

                    An early action shall be highly appreciated.

                      Reference to trailing mail, please note that i purchased the amc contract no. [protected] dated 13/02/2020 after the expiry of the amc. Thereafter i received calls from your konnagar - 712235 & serampore-712203 and they said i need to pay rs. 420/- as service charges towards the delay payment of amc which i was not aware of neither it was reflected at the time of renewing the contract. Therefore i request you to kindly look into as soon as possible and resolve the same at the earliest as i am not going the pay any additional charges whatsoever. Otherwise i would request you to cancel my contract and arrange to refund rs. 2, 000/- asap.

                        I have purchased dr. Aquaguard enrich in recent months and is under warranty. From november month onwards the machine is not working properly and is not dispensing drinking water. I have raised complaint with customercare of eurekaforbes next day technician came and done service. On that night only the same issue started again. I have called customer care and complained that same issue repeated. Next time when technician came he said that we are getting dusty water in drinking water tap due to which this problem arised and adviced us to fix external candles which costs additional rs.700/- to 1000/- or to clean the overhead drinking water tank. The technician had done service and same issue repeated. As per his advice we had cleaned and overhead drinking water tank and we again called technician for 3rd time. Now we are getting clean water in tap and the technician had done the service and went. But the same issue repeated the very next day evening iam not getting drinking water from machine. This time i have escalated the complaint to both the heads in there website, but regret to say that there is no response from them either message or a call. Till now i have given 6 times complaint but the problem is not resolved yet. Today also i have given complaint 7th time. Last time also while complaining we said to send senior technician and to check thoroughly and to replace the machine if problem is not resolved. I am very much vexed with the eureka forbes services. Request to see that the issue is resolved immediately or to refund back the amount.

                          A representative of yours named mr. Tiwari (He says he resides in laxmi nagar, delhi) has been regularly servicing our aqua guard water purifier for many years now and we have not had a cause of concern with him till now. He had called me today to say that the service was due and so was the amc renewal for the aquaguard.

                          However, when he came and i checked my amc contract i found that it was last renewed by him in 2019 and was valid for two years upto 2021. I showed him the paper and he also took a photo of it. The renewed year is written on the previous amc receipt itself by him in his own hand. Firstly, he tried to say that what is written there is the day and not the year but it is very clear from the writing that it says 19 to 21 (As years). I had paid him the money in cash last time as he had told me that your company policy has changed and you are not accepting cheques for amc payments anymore and he had insisted for cash. Then i explained and he accepted his mistake regarding the period of the amc and told me that the company record has a mistake showing that our amc is due and he will get it corrected and for that purpose he took a photoshot on his phone of the amc receipt. Then he left.

                          A little while later he returned insisting to take a picture of the actual machine and misbehaving with my servants when they disallowed him to do so.

                          The icr no that was initially issued to me for the amc in 2017 is 18018364.in 2019 he had not given a new receipt but written on the same receipt the further period of renewal.in 2017 the amc payment had been made on 23/12/2017 for a period of two years.                             Wish to inform that the water purifier is not working since december 2019 and every time i raise a complaint it was attended only after a week or ten days that too after too much of persuasion. The problem is also not addressed completely as within 10 or 15 days the same issue crops up. This can be known from the number of complaints i would have made since december 2019 and the subsequent call logs/followups. Since they are unable to fulfill the amc obligations, i seek a full refund of the amount that i paid for the current amc period.

                              I want a duplicate bill

                              I have misplaced the original bill. It's just 6 months since i got the water purifier installed and it's stopped working. When i contacted the sales representative he sent the service guy and i told him that the bill is misplaced. So after hearing that he told me that the filter has to be replaced and i should show the bill or i have to pay. I told him the registered mobile number also but he is not agreeing.                               I am utterly disappointed by the service provided by aquaguard under amc scheme. Six monthly service of my water purifier was due in first week of jan'20. The technicien did come but he was in a hurry and didn't even spend minutes for the service. After he left. I found that water is leaking from the filter. I called the service centre of the area and they said they would send the technicien again but he didn't come. I called multiple times and every time i get the reply that technicien will come tomorrow. But he never arrived. It's been almost a month that i've been calling the service centre but they are too casual about it.
                              Every six months the same technicien comes for the service and on each visit he doesn't spend more than five minutes. He is always in a hurry and fail to satisfy.
                              Is there a way to complaint about the specific technichian to the company as the area service centre people don't bother.

                                3tickets were raised for the same issue and it is still not resolved. I have kordfree vacuum clearner whose wheel is broken and is under warranty. I have placed a request for its part but the engineer visits home empty handed and never returns with the required part. The case was handled by makarand ([protected]) and he assured the part is delivered to pune from bangalore warehouse in previous ticket ([protected]) ([protected]) ([protected]) and later ticket was closed without resolving. This is by far the worst service from eureka forbes

I paid thinking these guys will attend to customer complaint but they are as bad as others. There are 7 cameras and one door video answering system.                                     This is further to my complaint dated 5 january 2020 on the subject.

                                    Following a response from the company's representative, anita, that someone from their bandra office will contact me and resolve the problem, i first received a call from someone early last week. However, he continued to maintain the appliance has stopped functioning because the contract was not renewed. When i told him to read my complaint before calling again, he disconnected.

                                    A couple of days later, swapnil called saying he will resolve my problem immediately but i have not heard from him after that. It will soon be 3 months since the aquaguard stopped working and eureka forbes has not even bothered to send any representative, let alone solve my problem.

                                    Please could you arrange for an immediate resolution or alternatively, let me know the manner in which i should escalate the matter so that there is no further delay in resolving my problem.

                                    Your technician, Sagar Musale, had come over to my home on Saturday, 1 February. However, he just repeated the same statements since November 2019 viz. AMC is not there, filters are not working etc. I also received a call subsequently from two of his colleagues (was driving and hence, cannot recollect their names) who promised to resolve my complaint but there is no action thereafter. Last night, I received a SMS that my complaint # [protected] has been resolved and this message also sought my feedback on the service received. Needless to say, my feedback was the worst ever Eureka Forbes would have probably received. This morning, another lady called to check reasons for my adverse feedback. I had to repeat my complaint all over again to her because she wanted our telephone conversation to be recorded. This is inspite of my highlighting a complaint has already been filed with the Consumer Forum.

                                    To summarize, nothing has changed for me since 5 November 2019!!

                                    My patience is fast running out and any further delay in making my appliance functional, will compel me to seek recourse through other means, including filing a case against Eureka Forbes.

                                      I had called aquaguard customer care on june 23, 2019 (You can refer the service request from my mobile number) for water taste has been changed and there was yellow light was display ed in water purifier. I am using aquaguard revival nxt which was brought in november 2017.

                                      The service guy came and said filter need to be changed and told the cost 4795 + service charge. We told to replace it. The replaced new one was having aquaguard label and we believe it as the technician was assigned from aquaguard only. New filter replaced on 25 the june 2019. After installation, water wastage was more which was around 10-12 liter for every one litre. It was taking almost one and half hour to fill the tank

                                      Again i called up customer care on 21st jan 2020 for general service for checking water wastage. The service guy came 26 jan and said old filter was duplicate one and he showed us the new filter. We asked home to replace with original filter that he showed.

                                      Aquaguard customer service itself duplicate product s had been installed and i paid 5k plues twice an year one on june 2019 and again on jan 2020.
