I am a customer of eureka forbes since i had purchased invisipre - undersink ro in august 2018. Before this i had been using kent ro for almost 11 years, without any complains. During kitchen renovation, i opted for your product.
The team from sector 16, panchkula visited my place, examined the water quality and suggested me to buy invisipure. I asked about the missing uv part in the ro, i was told by your team, that it was not required...

My water purifier needs a replacement of it's filters it's under amc validity till 16/07/2019 the same was renewed in advance on technician visit dated 03/07/2019 and new amc renewed till 24/07/2022. I have been following up with the local service people @chowk lucknow u. P. But to no avail. I have been subjected to having impure water. My amc contract receipt numbers 26559835 and 0164359

Complain for eureka forbes sales. Kesar mob:[protected] his manager sushant : [protected] they delivered old batch date water purifier and when i returned they donot give my token money and finance paper. Totally bad service from aquaguard.

The water purifier AMC contract was created on 29th June 2019 and technician performed incomplete maintenance as he didn't had all filter cartridges required. Now so far after 11 days still he hasn't turned up.
Everytime email send to customers care they provide fake promises that technician will visit tomorrow....

I have purchased on 14th jun 2019. It is unsurvivable from 26th jun 19 onward but technician certified on 30th jun 19 that touched screen unservisable. I directly purchased dr aquaguard hd uv from eureka forbes, neelkanth plaza, pitampura delhi after demo given by them, they installed it and i paid for that but after making many request to them for bill telephonically they told "sir aaj send kardenge" but they haven't provided the bill yet.
