I have shifted my residence from ichapur, north 24 paragansa, west bengal to birati, north 24 paraganas, west bengal. Due to shifting of my residence, i have requested the eureko forbes technician to de-installed dr. Auqaguard classic water purified. They have charged rs.225/- at that time. After shifting, i requested eureka forbes customer support to re-install the product in my new house. After several request, they have atleast one technician on 22.02.2020 after 6 days of request to re-installed the product i. E dr. Aquaguard water purifier. The technician charged rs.375/- but he failed to complete the re-installation process and he assured me that he will come another day with another equipment to complete the work. After several time feed back to eureka forbes, they have yet to complete the re-installation process, even thought they have collected re-installation charges rs.375/-. Now, they have not paying their heed into my complaint. Please take necessary action. They are charging more money for de-installation and re-installation.
