[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — dr. geneus plus water purifier | |||
Dear sir, I purchased dr. Genius + water purifier with the serial number [protected] on 12th october 2016 from your authorized distributer mm water purifiers (Mr. Nagesh - contact number [protected]). He used to service the equipment regularly. 2 months back he told us to changed the filters as we got the 'service' led glowing in the equipment continuously. After that we have been seeing multiple problems and your authorized person changed the front pcb and chips multiple times the issue is not getting resolved. We used to get the 'service' led glowing very frequently. After this last week he came again and replace one more pcb and did the service. It started working for 2 days and now the water is leaking from all the sides and we are not getting the pure water at all. We again called hime and he suggested to contact you and gave us the number. I have called your service center and registered a complaint as my mobile is not registered they have manually registered the complaint. [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
