The water purifier AMC contract was created on 29th June 2019 and technician performed incomplete maintenance as he didn't had all filter cartridges required. Now so far after 11 days still he hasn't turned up.
Everytime email send to customers care they provide fake promises that technician will visit tomorrow.

    I purchased a water softening device from this company in january this year. Ever since its purchase, the device has been malfunctioning due to various machine faults and every time the service personnel attended to my calls only after much persuasion and that too after much delay. I have been demanding replacement of this machine, for whch i have shelled out around rs.45, 000 since there is one year warranty. However they have turned down my request. Of late, the machine has been in disuse for the past 15 days, as they say, there is defect to an electrical part, which is to be supplied by their chennai branch, for replacement. I have made several requests to their chennai personnel for immediate supply, but till today they have not conceded to my request.
    Since the machine appears to be faulty, i wish the company could take it back and allow me full refund of cost and installation charges.

      I have taken amc for three years on 02.01.2017 by paying an amount of rs.4045 and contract receipt no[protected] on 24.12.2016 for maintenance of my acqua guard. However the eureka forbes did not provide amc service since 30.06.2019 despite making several complaints to the customer care. My complaint no [protected] dated 30.06.2019 remained unattended despite making several request to the customer care upto 06.07.2019. Their executives mr. Parminder mob [protected] told that he deputed some mr vinay to rectify the problem in my acqua guard on 5.07.2019 but despite 20 calls made by me no body turned up to 08.07.2019 and all along mr parminder did not respond to my any calls. My whole family remained out of safe water for a week due to callous attitude of the executives of acqua gauard eureka forbes. This is a very bad service by them. I request them that they must return my amc charges for six month since they failed to provide any amc service to me. Their behaviour is very absurd and they did not respond and they simply cheat the public in the name and fame they have built on cheating the people by false promise of providing of amc. Their customer service is very bad and one day they will face closure of their service if they do not provide service to the public and do not stop cheating the public in this way. They have harassed me very badly and for this they need an apology as well as surrendering the excess amount of amc charges for the period bebound 30.07.2019 when they failed to provide service even after so many requests.

      I really feel very upset about the AMC as they are loosing the trust of the public as I being a loyal customer of Acqua Guard for the last 21 years feel cheated by the behaviour of the executives like Mr Parminder, Mr Pramod and Mr Vinay as all of them did not respond to rectify my fault in acqua guard even after 8 days of consistent complaint made to them. I also urge all the public who are reading this post not to take any AMC from them as they only extract money on this count and donot provide any service.

        Bought trendy steel few days back and already replaced once because of faulty dust bag cap, and now the replaced one has power cord issue. When the switch is pressed, the cord doesn't go in. What kind of product has Eureka started selling, with such poor quality raw materials. Also the finishing is too bad. I need it replaced Immediately. Can someone look into this on priority. How can the products have so many issues, then why launched in market?

        I have recently purchased vacuum cleaner WDX2. Its been one month till date. no one has come for the demo how to use the product. i have called customer care and also emailed deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com. no one sent any person for the demo installation. the product is still unopened. very worst experience I have faced with the company

              I have purchased on 14th jun 2019. It is unsurvivable from 26th jun 19 onward but technician certified on 30th jun 19 that touched screen unservisable.                 I directly purchased dr aquaguard hd uv from eureka forbes, neelkanth plaza, pitampura delhi after demo given by them, they installed it and i paid for that but after making many request to them for bill telephonically they told "sir aaj send kardenge" but they haven't provided the bill yet. The deal was finalised on 12800 rupees.
                Purchase and installed on 26 june 2019.

                  Hello, i have been looking for a replacement for hose pipe for my trendy nano vacuum cleaner.

                  The locking mechanism (Latches) are broken and the hose pipe no longer gets fixed to the machine.in my view, these latches are too delicate to be a part of a vacuum machine, which gets dragged around during cleaning. The problem, once the latches are gone, the entire machine is useless. While looking through the company's website, i couldn't locate the part.

                    I done my complaint on July 1st and I got message on that day only the technician name and phone number that he will be attending. But no one came came and that guy is not lifting. I took AMC also. I called to customer care and they also did not help me out. From last two days I am calling and my problem is not solved. If problem comes then only we will call. Otherwise no one will call. If you cannot attend the complaint some action you should take. Sitting at home at waiting for the technician to come.

                    I do not understand why they require 48 hrs at all when they are mostly operating in urban areas... People are dependent on them for a vital substance like water and they are very much unresponsive... aquaguard is bound to improve or die its natural death.. a lot of difference between service over phone and repair at site...

                      I brought Dr. Aquaguard Nrich UV water purifier, but salesman didn't provide proper information about PRV which is required to control water pressure. After buying machine, technician from Eureka Forbes asked me to pay extra 1000/- I asked demo to know water TDS, pressure etc. After checking only salesman suggested the water purifier. Just blindly trusted the salesman company and salesman and did full payment. After 5 days purifier is without installation. After calling call center only false promises. No one really bother if customer is satisfied. If customer buying purifier are they really working. Company is suffering all the time and company do not show any kind of courtesy and professionally. Very very disappointed.

                        We have purchased trendy nano model ld-615 vacuum cleaner from vijay sales. After using it for 16 to 18 months the locking portion of hose pipe broke. I had lodged the complaint 3-4 times. The company person visited only once and promised to send the spares in couple of days. I had specifically told that i am ready to pay charges for the same. After one visit no body had appeared nor i received any communication from forbes.

                        If hose pipe is not available then you can provide the complete fixture.

                        It is very difficult to show faith on such so called big brand.

                          I have purchased dr. It is not working, matter has been reported to mr. Surendra gupte (Service head) contact no - [protected] that please replace the aquaguard and he has talk to technician mr. Naryan who has came to my house for repeat it, technician told to mr. Surendra gupte that it is to be replaced because touched screen are not working but he is not replaced. Now it is kept as a model. Now i am asking from company, who will replace it? Better company should refund my money as soon as possible. This are fraud company. [protected] dr.                             Ordered a geneus + online order [protected] and the sales executive committed delivery and installation in 2 days, its been 5 days and nothing happened so far. For the last 3 days been getting calls and emails that product out for delivery but no one turns up this is followed by lies and excuses... Vehicle broke down etc. This is the level of pathetic service on delivering the product, imagine how pathetic the service is going to be...

                            The service technician came to service our Nano filter he change the filters and opened the machine but did not fix it back properly and the drain pipie were old and were cracking when asked him to change it he said he will get tomorrow and it's been 2 months almost and he still not coming and cutting of the phone

                              Hi technician charged more amount for 3 year amc rs 5, 000 when i checked in company website it is showing only rs 4, 850 and he took additional service charge of rs 450 my question when i am taking amc they told no serivice charge its all covered under amc now why should i pay additional service charge for him.

                              Please check this issue and refund the difference amount of rs 600

                                We purchased a eureka forbes water purifier (Make smart plus ro-uv-mtds) throgh amazon.in and delivery of the same was made on sunday the 23rd june. 2019 in the name of lajwanti bhandari.
                                We immediately called customer care executive of eureka forbes same day to get it fixed. We were told that the purifier will be fixed/installed within two working days. My conplaint no. Was [protected]. We waited till tuesday but no body from company turned up by this date. We again reported the matter to the cudtomer care executive on 25.06.2019 and we were given second complaint no. [protected]. But even after 6 days by now, no action has been taken by the company in this regard. We are daily in touch with customer care executives but every time we get an assurance that purifier will be fixed possitively by today evening. But that today evening has not come so far.

                                We never expected that the service of the company will be so poor. Otherwise we would have never ordered purifier from eureka forbes. We are sick of making complaints again and again without any fruitful result.

                                May i still hope that company will take immediate action to fix my problem.

                                  We have purchased a aquaguard water filter from eureka forbes vide my customer code no :[protected] on 20.06.19. But the filter is not working from the very first day. Though a complain has been lodged to the company but unfortunately nobody attend so far. Even now we are in doubt whether this water filter which is recommend by their representative is at all suitable for this water (Tds :336) or not. Immediately strong action to be taken either to rectify the filter or change the same which will workable for this water.

                                  Plumber has not fitted aquaguard properly. Due to this, Water leakage happening from Wall. After raising Service Request, No Proper service has been provided till yet..

                                    Have raised on this portal sentbit on email id but did not get success hence again sending in this hopefully it will reach to the concerned department and get positive response.

                                    This is with regards to the service provided by Navnath (Aquaguard service engineer) in lohegaon area am not having any request number as he visited at the time of request raised by 2 years ago and further he used to come on regular basis charged Rs 3500 per year and replaced the filters and do the service twice in a year.
                                    This year am chasing with him from past 2 months but he is not responding the calls nor provided any alternate numbers as per the commitment any issues will be resolved. When I reached customer care they are asking to the ref number unfortunately am not having as the person was providing the service from 2 years. Now have called on customer care number and they have noted my request but still have not any request number.

                                    Kindly look into it as end users are facing issues and it is also impacting on the name of Dr Aquaguard. Hope will get positive response and some corrective action to be taken care especially these kind of service personnel (Navnath), his contact number for your reference [protected]/[protected].

                                    Hopefully tomorrow I get response from the service engineer but still am not having ref number if I need to highlight.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I have raised a request regarding water leaking problem on 26-April-2019 request number # [protected]
                                      Technician came and fixed the problem but from next day again water started leaking from purifier body.
                                      I called the same technician stating that the issue is not fixed but even after multiple follow-up he did not come.
                                      I called customer care again on 25-May-2019 to report this issue and this time again new ticket created - request number # [protected]
                                      Technician came again and tried to fix the problem but then he made the things worst.
                                      After multiple failed attempt he said the problem is with Minerals Cartridge [MLE] and it is not possible to get the replacement.
                                      When I told him that every year I am renewing AMC then how can he say it is not possible to replace.
                                      Finally he said it will take 20 days to get new Minerals Cartridge.
                                      He removed the existing Cartridge and made a direct connection so that the purifier will run. Please see attached image for more detail.

                                      I followed-up with him after 20 days and said it will take 5 more days. When I called him again after 5 days, now he is not picking my phone itself.

                                      It's again a very unprofessional behavior by Eureka Forbes. If the AMC renewal is pending they will call you day and night to renew the AMC and once AMC is renewed they are least bothered to provide customer service.

                                        SUB: NEGLIGENCE BY EUREKA FORBES/ POOR QUALITY DRINKING WATER ISSUE NOT RESOLVED BY COMPANY SINCE 2 YEARS Dear Sir/ Madam, Clean, hygienic, healthy drinking water is the basic requirement of any human being. Many people in our country are deprived of this necessity. Even those who pay a good cost to companies like Eureka Forbes who claim to be "Pani ka Doctor" are still unable to enjoy the benefits of nature's gift of healthy water. We have been using their product over 10 yrs and taking Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) from the company since the time of purchase, last renewed in 2017. It has been 2 years that the water TDS from the water purifier is extremely low. Raw water TDS=310 and drinking water TDS available through water purifier =17. This low TDS water is close to distilled water which is not ideal for drinking purposes as it is devoid of basic water minerals Calcium, Magnesium etc. and has a negative effect on the body- bone strength/ metabolism/ brain function/ organ disorder etc.- all this we realised lately on being prompted by our doctor and few others who got to know about the low water TDS of our drinking water. The water is tasteless, leaves no residues at all upon boiling. Our family is suffering with ailments since an year or so. We have been paying medical bills frequently for myself, husband and our daughter. God knows how much is this water with low TDS a contributor to it. We have complained about this at Eureka Forbes CC but there has been no solution. The technicians do not come with TDS meter to check water quality. They just start their work of cleaning and replacement of filter (that too when insisted upon), without checking the raw water TDS. We registered a complain regarding the poor water quality to the Company again. As per the discussion, their technicians should have changed the filter/ membrane upon checking the raw water TDS, which was the negligence on their part and for which we are suffering since last two years. Further, we got to know from their personnel that the model we have is obsolete and it would not be covered under AMC in future. This information also seems false, since we checked website and same model is visible under a different name- details attached. Till date we have not received an appropriate solution to the issue and now we are feeling that we have been cheated by the company who charged us the AMC amount, but did not provide us with the appropriate part (filter/ membrane) as per the input TDS. Untrained staff sent to attend complain, who have no idea about the issues. Technicians and Managers from such a renowned company who lie. Unnecessary harassment to the customer due to negligence and unawareness of the company representatives about product/ parts and their importance. In fact, the last representative who came to visit our residence asked us- Sir, apko kitni TDS chahiye? All we would want to request is that the company who is selling their product to the entire nation must take the responsibility to provide safe water to their consumers through their effective services, when they are charging good amount as AMC. There would be many customers who might not even be aware about the low TDS issue and would be availing services which in turn are causing harm to their own bodies. The company has a consumer base of 1.5 crore as per Wikipedia. Not less than 50% would be the customers for water purifiers. Imagine the AMC charges being paid by the customers (may be not all) and the resultant water they are getting. Imagine this kind of water being used for an infant. What are we creating, unhealthy nation right from the beginning, the reason for which might not even be known- poor unhealthy water quality? I would sincerely request you to kindly look into the matter and help resolve the concern. The company needs to take an ownership of their products and services.
