We have been facing problem of water leakage with our purifier for quite some time. We raised the complaint over phone and there is hardly any positive response. Since 24th may, our complaint remains unresolved - [protected]. Despite multiple calls and wasting our time. This is quite pathetic and frustrating. Every time they say we apologise and this will be resolved in the next 24 to 48 hours. Is this how you treat your customers?

    I am reaching out to you through social media as i don't have you email id. I am writing to you as i just don't need better service, i also need some answers.

    Background

    We signed 2 year amc contract in april 2019. Recently we found water leaking out of the unit with taste also changing. We requested service on june 1st vide request no. [protected]. Since then we reached out to your customer care almost n number of times with no result.

    We had the same problem, this was attended by your technician by name magesh, the same problem is recurring. I don't know what type of technicians you have. Your customer care team always puts call on hold for 20 minutes...

    There is no resolution so far with us buying water from outside

    So here are my questions.
    A. Does your team care about your company's reputation?
    B. Where 8k (Aprox) i spent for amc have gone?
    C. I can't believe that your people/technicians are bad.

    I also run a company so i know that when people stop performing their basic job, it's always a management failure. So as a customer i have every right to know what are the plans to fix this.

    You might think i am asking too much. No sir. Put yourself in my shoes and share my pain. You will understand my frustration.

    I am giving you & your company a last chance before i get on to the consumer redressal forum.

      I am kavitha. S residing at plot n. O 101, ktc nagar, tirunelveli-11, tamilnau. Not even a single service was made since i bought their product aqua guard geneus plus water purifier a year back. After complete shutdown o[censored]nit they could turn up exactly on the end date of amc may 27 after repeated calls and told me to pay rs 5000 for filter replacement. Why i was not informed earlier during the purchase that i should change filters every year worh rs 5000 otherwise unit will not be working and why couldn't they do it for free for such a high cost product? How can they made us to suffer thriving for drinking water by sudden shutdown o[censored]nit which was told by technician that unit is designed to shutdown every year when there is a need to change filter? Rs 5000 every year for must change filters is not affordable by me and i would ve avoided buying this product if i was informed earlier during the purchase.

        Some people who understand himself more than god, similar we have a story with auqagurad area manager name is ritesh pathak ([protected]) i have explained simple query to change the filter of my machine, which is bought 1 year ago. We started communication as normal way, after further discussion showing me to attitude, arrogant behaviour, he doesn't know how to speak with a customer, continuous debating stupid stuff instead of solving a customer problem, after lots of debate any how i convience him to send an executive to change the filter, i can't believe, executive came to my house, who don't have any i_card, even also not belongs to aquaguard company, might be third party vendor, who stared changing filter with local product, even i naver heard before it which is carry by executive, for confirmation about product i also search in google, but google don't have answer regarding local product, so i told him to apply original product, but they don't have, still 20 days has been passed, but my problem is still open, even i complain about super man ritesh pathak who understoon himself more than god, but higher mananger also not able to do single step against him, mr aquaguard lots of competetor are avaiableme in market, so won't ruins their brand name by some stupid person like rithesh pathak.

          I have booked dr aquaguard and paid an amount of rs.20, 490/- online with reference no. 10833364 dt. 26.5.2019. But, since the sales executive has failed to get my booked product installed at my home, i have cancelled the order vide my complaint ref no.[protected]. I got the call from customer care and they informed me that they will come back to me. But, since i did not get any response from them, i registered compliant no.[protected] again on 31.5.2019. But, even after registering compliants twice, i am not getting any proper response from the company on the refund of amount.

            I am so surpised to see so many complaints on this forum for the same service center named, ion exacense pvt ltd (Aquacare) which is located in utarahalli, bangalore. Please be careful with these cheaters. I am unable to find a more appropriate words describe the kind of people who work there and their decency or professionalism. I want to repeat once again that there are multiple service centers in bangalore who take up these kinds of service work and in order to make sure that few cheaters like this does not end up impacting everybody around them for no fault of theirs. So just wanted to be careful, this is not the one in koromangala instead this is the one in uttrahalli bangalore.

            My water filter was working very well until these people started calling saying that my amc is getting expired. God knows how they got all these details including the amc end date, address and the mobile phone. They told me that a service is due for the purifier and we should get it done in order for this purifier to function properly. We agreed and one day a technician landed up in my door step, did some useless work and then charged 350/-. And provided the same receipt which many of you have already attached in this forum. Post this, the water leakage started and it never stopped. My wife contacted the help line number and a horrible lady without any manners or professionalism picked up and said they will send the technician by afternoon. She cannot even speak decently forget about been professionalism or even understand what it means to deal with customers who had paid their money to buy their product and that is the very reason why she has having that job in the first place. Everyday, she will say that the technician will come by afternoon and they will call before coming. This drama continued for almost a week and post that i myself called up to speak to her. She gave the same story to me as well and when i insisted her to give me his managers or the person running that center, she declined it saying she does not know about it and kept the phone. You try to call them again, they don't pick up. This is the level of agony a customer has to go through for instilling faith on a product brand like eureka forbes.

            I don't know how such agencies are even allowed to use these brand names because when you speak to any of those people, you don't need more than 5 minutes to figure out who they are and they know. Ultimately, it is not these cheaters who will pay the price instead they will just discontinue this and go to spoil some other brand. It will be eureka forbes who will loose the brand name for allowing these cheats to get associated with the brand.

              Sr: [protected] was raised on 29-may-2019, its been days the help desk couldn't arrange for a technician after many calls (More than 25 calls) been made to the eureka forbes help desk, reasons after reasons were given, escalation after escalation was done from their end (Just a make up story), however, they couldn't arrange a technician to resolve the reported issue after days. Surprisingly one of the technician was around the area and he mentions that there was no issue reported from help desk to the area team. Eureka forbes is a fraud company, takes amc in thousands of rupees and does not want to provide any service to the consumers. This is fraud company and please do not buy any products from them, you will be cheated like me.

                I am purchased one dr. Aquaguard magna hd uv (Nxt) water purifier on 06.07.2018 (Invoce enclosed). It was out of order on 28.05.2019. I contacted your service centre at agartala on 29.05.2019 accordingly your service people visit my premises on 30.05.2019. After checking they told filter of the same machine is blocked and need change. Though it is under warranty they demand cost of the spare. Myself contact over phone to your local represntative mr. Biswas at agartala (M/no. [protected]/[protected]) withour redress my complain he advice me to for amc for the next year. It is my query that, defective parts under warranty may be replaced by your company or harassed the customer. If it is not in order kindly inform me. Your early reply awaited.

                  I have purchased a ro water purifier system (Model eureka forbes enance) from your direct sale office on april 2018 for rs.16, 500/- and had a one year warrenty period with free service. But just after 1 month of warranty period i got problem with ac-dc adapter. When i contact the service people, they said you have to purchase a new one for rs.2250/- or replace this faulty one for rs. 1000/-. Which made me more sad and irritation. My question is that i have spend around rs.16500/-for a branded product and after 1 year again i was forced in a position to spend another 1000/- or 2250/- which is aburden for me. Whether they should solve the problem by changing free of cost or they should repair it and put. I was verymuch worried of this problem. Tell me are it the real price of new adaptor or your sales agent cheating me.

                    I bought this machine in feb.
                    I bought it with one precondition that it should be having tds in particular range. They suggested me the aquaguard genius plus model. Which they promised it will deliver.
                    Since, april the tds is not in the range which their machine is showing. They have been trying to fix the issue but it is not rectified yet. They are norm attending it now

Called the customer care on regular intervals for days to arrange technician, the technician is not arranged. The customer care executive is careless and says that he is escalating the issue to higher authority and cannot do any thing apart from escalation. As eureka forbes has failed...

                      I have placed an order for "EUROCLEAN" on 15.9.2018 and issued a cheque for Rs 10, 690 on 15.9.2018 and the payment was realized on 17.9.2018. The product was not delivered even after a month. So, I claimed for the refund amount as I did not receive the product even after a month. I have sent innumerable e-mails requesting for the refund amount. The customer care service is very poor. I have been mailing regarding this issue from October 15, 2018. Till date I have not received my amount. I have already registered a complaint and have given the details regarding this issue. I don't find a positive move regarding processing my request for the refund. The financial year ended on 31.3.2019. How could the company tally their balance sheets with my refund amount being excess? This shows that EUREKA FORBES IS A FRAUD COMPANY. Why did the company still not refund my amount? It is almost 7.5 Months I am complaining about this issue to the company for my refund amount. The company makes unnecessary phone calls for bribing me to get a new product instead of the refund amount. Why have you mentioned in the website that " 30 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" on your website when you can't even give my money back. This proves that this company is looting the public's money. I have not even received the product and exchanged. I made a payment for the product and since the company did not deliver the product even after a month of making the payment, I claimed for my amount.

                        This is not the eureka forbes used to be a decade ago, bought dr. Aquaguard genius + model which is the top varient of premium segment worth ₹ 24000/- they shipped faulty water purifiers that too twice, spoke with all authorities, no reply on refund my amount. Surprisingly the call center toll free number given on website is of some mobile service provider. There is no qa/ qc screen the printing of a box pack machine had fault shockingly, no after sales support, very serious matter, now having doubt on their claims now what they say. Both useless machines are kept at my place without any use to me or them, simply not responding on my refund. They are least bothered to anything, very reluctant.. Beware of eureka forbes and aquaguard now

                          We have a dr. Aquaguard magna hd ro-uv. You very well know the price of this model and sadly it hasn't even worked properly for even 2 years since it has been bought!!! - even after paying regular amcs.

                          The machine has not been able to collect and store water and it keeps displaying the phone symbol. 2-3 times complaints have been raised. Your salesmen (Because they are not technician - 0 technical knowledge!!!) is everytime baffled and doesn't know how to fix the machine!! Everytime he either changes the iron filters or the candles etc etc. But the issue still persists!! Totally guess work!!! The machine has been lying like a useless box since a month!!!

                          The same salesman took the amount of the amc a month before it actually expired. But, when servicing the machine - 0 knowledge!!! Request you to send a more technically strong person to resolve the issue. And if you can't, please pay us back our amc charges and take your dumb machine back!!! If your product doesn't even work for 2 years after regular servicing, then your products need to be banned from the market!!! And none of their email ids work!!! Tried mailing to all the addresses available online - no use!!!

                          Expecting a quick resolution!! Or this will be escalated very badly!!

                              On 23rd may 2019, (5 days back) i registered complaint to eureka forbes through email that my filter is not working. I got a reply that my service request no is [protected] and that the executive will visit within 2 working days.
                              2 days went off, no one came.
                              I followed up again on the same email chain stating that no one had come to see the filter. Again i got a reply that the executive will visit maximum by next day and that they have escalated my complaint. The service request no that i got in this reply was [protected].
                              And yet nobody came.
                              I again followed up on same email chain but got no reply at all.
                              Meanwhile i have also been trying to contact their local office in kanpur - kanhaiya enterprise - through phone. They do not take any calls.
                              I went to their webpage, support section and used the 2nd level escalation link - when i filled all the information, i got message that the service request no is not valid and is expired.
                              I tried contacting them on facebook and they replied — have patience as they have informed the kanpur team.
                              But still no one has come or called up even though i am a registered customer of this company and local office.
                              Till now - 28th may 2019 - mid day, no one came from the company.
                              We are being forced to drink tap water leading to health issues.
                              Its not the first time that i have been facing issues with this company and their local office. My strong recommendation is to please shut down this kanhaiya enterprise as the whole team is fraud.
                              They execeed the time limit that they claim by not hours but many many days and still they are running comfortably even after doing so much of fraud.
                              Even during amc, their technician generally brings fake/ old parts and replace good ones. When we reach out to their local office, they do not care at all about what service is being given to customer.
                              Its a total fraud company and local office.
                              Please take them to police and get them into jails as they are doing fraud, dishonesty, cheating the customers.

The installation was done on 22may, 2019, but then after there was a leakage problem since then we are contacting to our customer service but no one has come to visit, The customer care only says that your complaint is register.                                   Service request no: [protected]. Worst service by eureka forbes. I bought kordfree vaccum cleaner of eureka on 14th jan 2019 against comparison with dyson and your sales person mr. Ramesh singh and mr. Koli have assured to provide best possible service when they were on sales call
                                  But in just 4 months span my machine is already repaired once and it took 6-8 days for your service person to identify this problem. Next incident happened...

                                    My complaint open for 15 days, no one turned up, it got finally completely down for 24 hr and we were one mercy of tenant for water. Up service head mr deepak and shailesh tiwari has given fake time line to resolve it.. They never called me to update any thing... Even they were not taking call of there customer complaints... It got resolved after 16 days..
                                    Horrible service... Service head o[censored]p do not know how to talk to customer...
                                    Complete dictatorship... U will get service as per their wish...
