Sir, we had purchased an aquaguard from eureka forbes on april 23rd 2016.in the month of december, we encountered an incident with the purifier, that the filter stopped filtering the water. The product was under warranty period, but the company refused to exchange the product for a new one. Instead, i had to buy an external filter for the aqua-guard for rs.2500/-. Today, 16th april 2017, again, there is a problem with the water purifier. The water is overflowing from its overhead capacity. There is a leakage and a lot of water is being wasted. Still, my product is under the warranty period and yet again, the company refuses to exchange the product. For a middle class family like ours, it becomes difficult for us keep spending money over and over again on a rs.12, 590/- aqua-guard. We have managed to buy this product with great difficulties. And we did not expect eureka forbes to behave to a faithful customer like this. Please hear to our plea, since if no action is taken, the company will continue to cheat its other clients.
We request an exchange in the product and a refund of rs.2500/- which i paid while installing the new filter. We are ready to return the old product and the external filter.
