Eureka Forbes — Faulty Product - No Replacement No Refund

Hi,

I am writing to raise my concern where I had bought their water purifier worth 20K. First machine was faulty, got replaced. Replacement was also faulty, which was taken away as well.

Now they have taken machine and also my money. As per their sales and service people, they have a policy of no refund.

How more pathetic can someone be.
