For my complaint CM[protected] raised in June, after so many follow ups over mail no one even acknowledged. Today (02JULY) your support person requested me to cancel my complaint first, if he has to service the water purifier.

Request you to kindly service the water purifier as my filter is on a recently purchased 3 year AMC.
