Its been 20 days i m being calling u guys for the change of my water filter but it looks like my complaints are falling in the deaf ears. I am being promised that my service will be kept on priority basis but seems like no use the word priority is just a word when it comes to fulfill the commitment. So kindly let me know what should be my next step, now technician not even answering calls, i registered about 4 time with customer care same response will be closing your queries in 2 working days which false commentment by customer care too, Please refund my AMC amount I will do it by local technician which will not cause any time delay, and stop using false IVRS when call is in hold.today I spoke about 1 hour its no use still same false commitment
