I would like to raise a serious concern regarding my Service Request No. CM[protected].
It has been more than a month since the product was picked up with the assurance that it would be sent to the Delhi Service Center. However, till date, it has not even reached the service center. There has been no proper communication or update from your team, which is highly disappointing.
The product has already failed twice. The first time, it was repaired and delivered, but the very next day it developed the same issue again. This clearly shows that the problem was not properly identified or rectified. It also reflects a lack of technical expertise and proper diagnosis from the service team.
Since the product is still under warranty, I request you to kindly take this matter on priority. If the issue cannot be resolved permanently, please arrange for a replacement with a new product or process a refund of the payment.
We have been struggling for more than a month without any proper solution, and this experience has caused a lot of inconvenience.
