I am filing this complaint against Eureka Forbes Ltd. for selling a defective water purifier and failing to provide timely and effective service despite multiple complaints.

Since the day of purchase, the purifier has not worked reliably. Despite multiple service requests, the issue remains unresolved. A technician visited and took the motor, but there has been no update or resolution for over 10 days. The company has failed to provide a permanent fix or even basic communication about the status of the repair.
Impact:
Due to the non-functional purifier, I have been forced to purchase bottled water daily for my household. This has caused:
- Financial loss: ₹100/day for 72 days = ₹7, 200
- Daily inconvenience
- Mental distress due to repeated follow-ups and lack of accountability
Relief Sought:
1. Immediate resolution or replacement of the defective unit.
2. Full refund of the product cost if not resolved by Monday, 13-Oct-2025.
3. Compensation of ₹7, 200 for bottled water expenses incurred due to non-service.
4. Written assurance of priority handling for any future service issues.
I have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with Eureka
Forbes, but their continued inaction has left me no choice but to escalate through formal consumer grievance channels.
I request your urgent intervention to ensure fair resolution.
