I bought a Eureka Forbes Water Purifier Model Code Prime UV and HSN/SAC Coed 84212190 on 17-Nov-2021 of Rs. 4300.
On 25-Feb-2022 an executive named Santosh from Eureka Forbes visited my premises saying that its a free service visit from the company for maintenance of water purifier, so we allowed him to do the servicing of the water purifier which was my biggest mistake of my life for trusting Eureka Forbes executives.

Because I did not knew that he was not servicing but messing up with my water purifier by creating false bugs in the purifier, due to which the LED indicator stopped working and so I raised a complaint against Santosh regarding the issue and requested to fix the issue in my water purifier.
Then after 100 calls and follow ups on 07-Mar-2022 again an executive named Abhishek Mane a senior executive as he said visited the premises saying Santosh was an in-experienced guy and he did not had the correct knowledge about the product so he messed up. But Abhishek Mane was a step ahead of Santosh he did the LED light of the machine but messed up the flow of the water in the water purifier.

Now LED of water purifier is working but water flow is messed up as I run my water purifier for 7 hours since morning 7 am to 2 pm in the afternoon and hardly 3 litres of water gets purified.
So again I raised the complaint against Abhishek Mane and reported the issue about the poor water purifier processing and again after 100 calls an follow ups
On 22-Mar-2022 a super senior executive named Mukesh Gupta visited the premises and as expected he wanted me to buy a water motor pump of Rs. 3500 to fix the issue.

Needless to say I expected that they wanted me to buy the water motor pump from them so then they started giving me reasons and blaming me that my Municipality water flow is slow and I need to buy a water motor pump of Rs. 3500 else issue will not be resolved.
Finally I got the idea behind Eureka Forbes regarding the Fraudulent scheme of harassing the customers for selling their water motor pump by creating bugs in their newly bought water purifiers in the name of service visits for maintenance.
Does it makes sense to buy a water motor pump of Rs. 3500 for a water purifier costing around Rs. 4000 ?
All of this started when their executive first visited my premises in the name of free service visit to cleaning up & maintenance of the purifier.
I wish to file an official complaint against these executives who have deliberately messed up newly bought perfectly working water purifier and also demand a replacement of the product and a compensation of the harassments which me and my family had to suffer because of these suffering we are going through because of Eureka Forbes right away.
I am not going a shell a single rupee for the mess Eureka Forbes have created in the name of service and maintenance.
And I am not going to rest unless and until this issue is resolved which is created by them.
Because I never asked or raised any complaint for my perfectly working purifier in the first place, they came up on their own in the name of service and maintenance to screw up my water purifier.
