Eureka Forbes — Fraud: Took AMC money but not installed product for 3 months and now dodging calls

Dear Team,

This is an escalation you cannot ignore.

Your agent Jaipal Rawat has defrauded me. I paid for the AMC, and since then, there has been zero accountability, zero response, and zero action on the replacement of the filter. This is absolutely unacceptable.

What makes this worse is your so-called “service request” process, which has been nothing short of pathetic. Your team calls at random times, and during the actual booked service slot, they conveniently keep the phone switched off or simply do not respond. This is unprofessional and shows a complete lack of responsibility.
