Eureka Forbes — GST Receipt

This company charges GST but dont have an option on the website for the customer to enter the GST number. When I called customer care, they provided another number, when I called that number they asked to email them. When I emailed them, they are asking to call on the number. This is scam to make money. Why they dont have an GST option, if they are charging it
