[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Health pro vacuum cleaner not working. | |||||
My recently purchased still under warranty health pro vaccume cleaner uv light, carpet brushing roller and the high low sucction button is not working. I have hardly used the device. I purchased it along with the water pufier reviva uv last september. Already the water purifier pcb is changed due to some technical fault. The exchange offer old water purifier is not yet taken from my home. Promised life time warranty documents which was supposed to come by post has not yet arrived. I am highly dissatisfied about how this company is treating customers. During a visit of two sales executives madhu and raju tried to offer rs2000 for the health pro which is still under warranty purchase for rd 70000.
