Eureka Forbes — I am complaining about filter services

Our filter is not working so I asked for the service and 1 days professional come to our house and asked to take amc membership of 6200 rs so that our expenses would be cover in it.But after taking membership no service is provided to us we approach many times but no service is provided to us.I emailed them 3 times and they even revert back saying that your issue will be resolved within 24 hours but nothing happened . We are troubling from many and felt cheated . My last hope is from you and after that I have no option left .(Registered no.-[protected])
