I have been raised a compliant about the payment that had been incorrectly charged from different customer for different machine by sending payment link for amc services under my name though i didn't opt for any amc services. Since this mistake had been done from you end, they supposed to refund my money back as i returned money to that customer for your mistake. However no resolution provided so far. No apologies. Neither refunded my money. I want my refund of inr 3799.

Updated by Texa Hi, i have raised a compliant regarding the service amount being charged to different customer for different machine under my name by sending the wrong payment link to that customer. Due to which, i had to pay amount to that customer from my pocket however your team not refunded yet. its been more than one month now, i still not get any resolution to my complaint. when will i get my refund?
