[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Issue of service LED blinking is not fixed and above all AMC for 1 year is registered | |||||
I have raised any complaint regarding blinking of service LED for my water purifier aquaguard genius. then the technician came and told that he will fix the issue, and also asked me to go for 1 Year AMC. if you get the AMC will fix the issue and you will get 3 servicing for 1 year free. based on that i registered for the AMC with the payment of R. 4970/-. after that he verified the purifier machine and told me some parts needs to be replaced and it will take 2 to 3 days. today its 4th day and he is not responding. my contact number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

I registered my comlient 4 times. Still not any technicians attend to rectify the problem. I brought this item Rs. 25000 it was working only 1.5 years. Ur product may be poor quality or useless system. But why you not send techinican for repair this item.
