I bought a water softener from eureka forbes on March 16. After facing lots of issues regarding the installation, it was finally installed by march 29 or 30. After that we started facing the problem of water being extra soft. I checked the hardness was reduced to 10-15. So I called the person who installed it, he didn't come and just asked me to adjust the power. I waited for some time, but it didn't work. I tried calling him again and even calling the sales person. No solution. I registered a complaint on may 10 on your customer service no. with complaint no. [protected]. Was assured the technician will come the next day. Nobody came for the entire next week. After that I again raised the complaint with complaint no.[protected] on may 17. Was again promised the technician will for sure come the next day by 11 A.M. Again nobody turned up.
Have also tried mailing to higher authorities and also posted it on their social media. But i have got no resolution. Was this information helpful? |
