1) negligence and failure to inform us from the technician that the problem may be serious making a family of 4 with pregnant women drink unfiltered water for 3 months while under warrenty.
2)after the customer is willing to pay money trying to sell a used rusted product under company name with no warrenty.
3) after company repeated promise that senior technician will be at doorstep in 24 hours 4 seprate instances after contacting the service head he replied we won't send any senior technician. Witholding company orders and not explaining the customer. intentionally delaying. Going against company orders.
4) used customer otp to log into customers account and close the complaint from customer side without the permission.
