I have purchased Dr AQUAGUARD NRICH HD RO+UV+MTDS on[protected]. On 5th April 2020, I logged a compliant # [protected] about RED light blinking, a week later water stopped coming. Hi, i have been looking for a replacement for hose pipe connector for my trendy nano vacuum cleaner.

The locking mechanism (Latches) are broken and the hose pipe no longer gets fixed to the machine. These latches are too delicate to be a part of a vacuum machine, which gets dragged around during cleaning. While looking through the company's website, i couldn't locate the part.

Please help me with this issue....

I have misplaced the original bill. It's just 6 months since i got the water purifier installed and it's stopped working. When i contacted the sales representative he sent the service guy and i told him that the bill is misplaced. So after hearing that he told me that the filter has to be replaced and i should show the bill or i have to pay. I told him the registered mobile number also but he is not agreeing. No dust bags available for abover product.
Vacuum cleaner is perfectly operational but sadly unable to use it.
Sad that such a reputable name that brough in the vacuum cleaner revolution into india nearly 2 decades back is not able to support a long time customer. I dont think the solution is to invest in another new vacuum cleaner. Is forbes listening?...

Pathetic is not the word here to describe eureka forbes customer care. we have raised a re-installation request no [protected] on 26th Nov and again on 29th Nov and again on 1st Dec and again on 3rd Dec. But Eureka Forbes call center and customer service has been totally ignorant to all calls and requests. eureka forbes is very proactive in collecting annual maintenance cheques from us but they ensure there is no action on complaints and request...

Recently i bought this model and very next day after installation (Oct 25, 2019) sensor fluctuating between red/green/blue colours. Customer support staff visited twice with no proper idea about the exact issue. Still the issue is not resolved.

My water purifier invoice date 18 July 2018 is under one year warranty.Technician from Eurekaforbes has come today and informed me that water filter is not working.In addition to that, he asked me for the service charge of Rs. 350/-

Since the product is under one year warranty, there should not be any charge for serving and to change the filter.
