Purchased purifier on 31st Oct but installation pending, This guys are worthless and unresponsive for installation, They just ask you to wait and show the urgency but don’t solve the problem. I am loosing the patience by following up with them, I raised the issue at grievance but they are also not able solve the problem. They have zero control and poor management to give basic service, they have created two service requests saying urgent resolution but as I said its Worthless. Due to unavailability of purifier, I need to purchase water can since 8 days and spent around 700/- on it. I demand for loss of 700/- and penalty for waste of my time

    I have purchased Eureka Forbes Aquagaurd RO AMC on 09. Aug.2024 but after replacement of filters by Eureka Forbes technician water giving bad taste like salty water and TDS also measured by technician is approx. 300, I have called Eureka Forbes several times from last four days after replacement of RO Kit, but no service provided till date, pathetic services by Eureka Forbes and its service partners.     Every time I call or mail, they say we will help but daily same issue again and again from last four days

    Eureka Forbes has Mentally Harassed us by not providing the solution

      I ordered a Vaccum cleaner from the Eureka Forbes website on date 30/10/2024.

      The estimated delivery das was 3/11/2024.
      But didn't receive the product yet.
      But it was surprising that the Warenty of the product are started & also bill has generated. But I didn't receive the product yet .

      I need compensation for every delay dates.

        The purifier was bought on 26th Oct, 2024 and got installed on 30th Oct, 2024. Since installation there is a water leak from the machine and the service technician who did the installation not picking up call and the toll free number not accepting my call since warranty card not yet made.

        Really worried weather I made mistake by selecting Eureka Products
        Please correct the situation on priority basis before it is escalated further

          We have renewed our AMC for AMC ORDER NO SO[protected] on 10th Oct 2024.
          As per the Eureka Forbes app the visit was due on 11th Oct 24 - Technician Name Rahul Bhardwaj but till date the person is not attended the service.
          Today again I have rescheduled the service date to 29th Oct and again the job was alloted to Rahul Bhardwaj. After contacting Rahul Bhardwaj understand he is out of station.
          You are requested to kindly allot new Technician to complete the pending service job.

            Pathetic after sales service by Eureka Forbes

            I recently renewed AMC of Aquagard Dr. Magna RO + UV water purifier. The technician changed the filters. But the filter started leaking following day. I registered complaint on 191/10/2024. The Eureka forbed technician was supposed to attend the complaint before 24/10/2024. Inspite of repeated calls to the customer care and escalation the technician has not visited till today I. E. 26/10/2024. Eureka Forbes is harassing me only keep on saying...

            I have purchased AMC online by paying Rs. 4177/- on 6 Oct, 24 for product Aquaguard Enhance RO+UV+MTDS but still Today 24 Oct, 24 no one visited despite of several calls to customer care.
            They daily register complaint and gave assurance for resolving issue on high priority but still no one visited.
            Even I spoken with service center they stating that Filter KIT stock not available. On 21 oct, 24 I was informed that kit is available and engineer would visit on 22 Oct, 24.However no one has come and they not responding the calls.
            I think Eureka Forbes teams not serious about the service. If stock not available then why sell the product ?
            And AMC should be applicable after the installation.

              We ordered a water purifier in Eureka Forbes Website online on 26th Sep'24 and delivery date mentioned on the website was 27th Sep'24 and money debited however no update on the delivery of product and false / no response for my emails sent to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com / [protected]@eurekaforbes.com/
              [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. Initially they confirmed product dispatch which is false info / misleading customer with wrong details and later there is no response from them, They are cheating customers and customer care do not assist customer as is online purchase and we are left without any resolution.                 I have booked service for my Aquaguard Water purifier on September 12, 2024 (request No. CM[protected] and the appointment was scheduled for September 13, 2024. I have purchased AMC recently and they are supposed to change the filter during the service. I have called customer care people many times and they have always given fake promises and there is no resolution. I have written a couple of mails to the customer care and they were so irresponsible, they did not even replied to those mails. The technician who was assigned is Mr. Suresh G. V., and each time, when I tried to reach out to him, he promises that he will be visiting on the same day, but no resolution until this date (October 4, 2024). I want my AMC amount back immediately. Also, I am planning to throw this Eureka Forbes product and look for any better products with good customer service.

                  Despite several visits from your technician, the blinking red light issue is still not fixed, and I have lost all patience.

                  First, I reported the red light problem, and your technician charged me ₹4, 500 for an AMC and changed the filter. That did nothing to solve the issue. Then, he said the problem was with the adapter, took two weeks to replace it, and the red light is still blinking. Now he claims it’s a sensor issue, but nothing has been done for over 10 days. Meanwhile, I have been ordering water for the past 25 days, costing me ₹100 per day. Who is going to cover this cost? I am stuck with a faulty system despite paying for your services.

                      This is in reference to my service request (Ticket Number: CM[protected] raised on Oct-02-2024. It has been four days since I raised the issue about my malfunctioning water purifier, and yet, no technician has visited. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received any response, nor is my issue being addressed with the urgency it deserves.
                      This has been an ongoing problem and is completely unacceptable for a company that promises reliable service.

                        I have purchased one water purifier from given company website on 2nd October 2024. I paid online to the company site. All the login in company mobile no, [protected]. Transaction receipt for suspenseful transaction generated. Company doesn't give delivery detains or correspond regarding this. I shared my transition details with company by mail and what up. but nothing done by company yet.

                          My complaint CM[protected] dated 25 Sep 24 regarding our only 4 month old Water purifier Aquaguard Classic Select+ This is the third time within 4 months the purifier stopped working.

                          And now I am writing this through this platform with much disappointment with Eureka Forbes that the complaint not been attended since 25th Sep. The escalations were made on all four sources, Portal App, Call Centre, WhatsApp link and through email in last two days. Even no one bother to contact us.

                          How you expect us to buy filtered water every day.

                              Hi,
                              We ordered the product mentioned in the subject on 18th sept after a demo at home ( Baner Pune-411045) by Mr Virendra Ghadi and paid full amount on the same day. He confirmed that it will be delivered in max 3 days but it’s been now 7 days it’s not yet delivered.
                              This demo person is helping us with sharing the del status but it seems that it’s the delievry partner ( TAC Cargo and Llgistics Pvt Ltd) and the delivery person Suhas from Somwar peth Pune branch is delaying the delivery.
                              I have been calling them everyday after waiting for 4 days and they are assuring everyday that it will be delivered today but it’s not happening.

                                I have the above water purifier product and have opted for the GOLD PLAN, which has at least 3 service maintenance visits. I have not received a single maintenance visit since I renewed the plan.

                                My last service visit was scheduled on 22nd August 2024. Prior to that the service maintenance request was scheduled in JUNE. NO Service VISITS AT ALL.

                                I called the call center, but there is no provision to register a complaint

                                Kindly help in resolving this matter
