Eureka Forbes — Misbehavior and Threat given by employee

I have purchased AMC on 25/07/2025 at Vadodara (A-10 karelibaug society, VIP road, Vadodara-390018, ph: [protected]). I have paid total amount online and also given 475/- Rs for replacement of external filter. Necessary service code was given on same time.
After 9 days (today) again call comes from local office - Mr abdul and he asked for another service code... i denied because i didn't raised any complain. He threatens me to cancel my AMC and he will change my new filters and re install older one...

this type of misbehavior & threat is not tolerable...
you are requested to take serious action against him otherwise i will raise this issue to local authority (police)..
