Eureka Forbes — No one attending my service request for water purifier

Hi Team, I purchased AMC for my Acquard Glory water purifier in March'25 and I have some issues in my machine, I raised online request for service on 10th June and post that have made multiple calls/complaints to your customer care, every time I am being promised that it will be attended and resolved soon, however, no one attended it. I am not sure if I did right thing purchasing AMC as no service is being provided. Requested for escalation Metrix to your customer care executive also but no one is ready to share that. Not sure how do I proceed or should I purchase another machine from your compititor?
Need immediate help.
