[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — No Service giving even in AMC | |||
Model UV+ taken amc from Eureka Forbs Dealer and after 6 month they came for maintenance. after 2 month I have contacted them for filter cleaning .. and they are not taking call .. then i contacted their office in Kochi and given my ID, they told that there is no AMC in my name (Service franchisee taken my money and dint show it to company - My money Gone Rs. 1, 500 ) they longer working with Eureka Forbes Again I contacted their new Service partner here in Angamali, Kerala. Taken new AMC in march this year given Rs. 1, 950/- and got paper with correct details.. after 6 month got message for service - waited for they no one came (Fraud) and after some days I call to service center on phone number they gave -- but no one taking call .. after 2 days they attended call ans ask whether it on AMC or without AMC, and said they are not going to service product on AMC .. they are on strike because company not giving salary ... and same not attending calls then after 2 days when I call they talk in bad banner .. then I go their web site and registered with mobile number .. but no use complaint numbers they gave are not working then i chat with their service guy on web -- but given the same complaint number .. then I contact through mail .. they ask for my details .. then I got some SMS about service .. req no. [protected] cust id - [protected] Again No use -- Its cheating -- So derided to go to Consumer court now, , ... So please Do not buy costly filters from this company you will be Cheated ..
