Eureka Forbes — Non-execution of Order Ref.: No.GGR1KA[protected] for supply of water purifier

I ordered for the supply of Aquaguard Enrich Marvel RO+UV Stainless Steel Copper Water Purifier vide your order Ref.:#GGR1KA[protected] on 7th March 2026 through Eureka Website online. It is seen that the status as on date (13.2.2026) still shows as 'packing order'. When I booked the order it was mentioned that the product will be delivered by 12th March 2026. Please let me know the current status of the delivery by return mail. In spite of repeated calls, I am not getting suitable response. The details shown in Eureka website is given below:
