[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Not getting the installation service | |||||
Hi I purchase the AquaGuard water purifiers from snapdeal. after receiving the product raised the installation request(request Number[protected] customer supports team told me like u will get the service with in 24 hours and I awaited for more than 4 working days but yet received any kind of notifications. apart from this I make them call more than 7 time (wastage more than 160 rs. in call). So I am very unhappy and made mistake to buy the products from Eureka Forbes because their services are very bad and they irritating the customers by telling the same words like will provide the service ASAP, With in 24 hous etc. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Nov 14, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved I purchase the Aqua Supreme water purifier from Snapdeal, but snapdeal given me the wrong number so I called the Eureka Forbes instead of Aqua Supreme and Eureka Forbes customer supports team accepted my request for Aqua Supreme.
So once the engineer came to my door step he told me like this product is not belongs to them, hence they can't provide any kind of service.and I got the installation service from outside of engineer.
Conclusion-: This mistake is made by the snapdeal customer support team(because they given me the wrong vendor number) not by the Eureka Forbes.
Hence I am taking back my complaints, I apologize from Eureka Forbes. Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
