I purchased Aquaguard NOVA 13 years back. I was happy with the required services provided by the company. Three Months back, I felt like the purifeir needs routine servicing and hence I called up for the service.The so called gentlemen a sales men appeared with all his skills convinced me to buy the new Magna UV water purifier. I purchased it. The purifier stopped functioning on 27/09/2015.
I registered the complaint but quite astonishing even after regula rreminders for three to four times, no body turned up.
Finally I finding no other alternative called up the sales man, who had sold the product to me . He took the service number and arranged the service on 01/10/2015. Can the gentlemen of the company just imagine the situation a person managing for three four days without water to drink.
I am quite astonished how come the oldest and I believe the first water purifier manufacturing company is taking service so light and for granted.
Ten days afater the service, the purifier is again dead. After registering the compliant, no body came for the service.
I am determined, , if these doesn't give the service, I will just dismount the purifier and will throw it at their local sales address. You really need a reward.
