[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Not providing service in AMC

I have AG CRYSTAL PLUS UV -12 MTH COMP. AMC and even after rising complaint co. is not providing the service. They say as per co. policy they cant refund the money as well. Seems like taking money upfront and not providing any service. Hence rising this complaint.
