One of the worst service provided by eureka forbes. The water purifier is not functional from last 2 months. The customer portal is not responding and non functional.

Dear sir/ mam,
I have been filing request from past 1 week daily to customer care of eureka Forbes. In spite of telling them that we are borrowing water from our neighbours. But they are not resolving our issue. Moreover, they call us daily to close my complaint.
If the complaint has not been resolved how can they close the complaint. They are torturing us. It’s like harassing us mentally.
I would like to go and file complaint against them. @eurekaforbes.com

Hi, it has been a pathetic experience from eureka forbes aquagaurd. Raised a complaint on March 1 as aquaguard is not working, they automatically closed the complaint without anyone visiting us. Their service operators say they cannot come as they are in village. When we call CUSTOMER CARE again they just put us on hold saying main sir is busy. We have been drinking tap water since 12 days but pathetic service from eureka forbes still no reply from them. They just CALL ON time when they want to take a feedback from us otherwise ### service. Please urgently look into this @eurekaforbes

Complain- Ur technical person servicing my machine one filter in a year against full payment of AMC which is a legal breach of contract under sections IPC 490 & 492
The contract was two filter changes in a year but ur service engineer gives one filter in a year.
I strongly believe you will not try to convince me to accept the wrong practice & will come up as per the AMC contract.
