It's been just six months that i have bought the aquaguard magna water purifier. During this six months, there were a lot of problems with this product and each time when i lodged complaints with the customer care, they will send a service guy and that guy will check and will suggest me to replace the one or the other filters every time and they ask me to pay for filters.

Now i have spent more than 2000 within 6 months for filter replacements. It’s again, a week before water purifier was not working, and same way i called up the customer and again the service man telling me to change the other filter. Oh my god, what product is that!! I am really worried and i don’t want to spend any more.
So far, i have spent for the filter somewhere 21k (Filter & replacing the filter within six months). I am really unhappy with the product and on the service. I am depressed and it is very painful that i chose a wrong brand and wasted my money 21k. I have still not completed my emi for the water purifier and it is very painful to pay my emi, when the product is not working. Please let me know the policy to return my product.
If there is any one from a higher authority, please take necessary actions on the customer complaints.
Please don’t make the customer fool. I don’t recommend this product to any customer. So disgusting!

    I took a euroclean machine from the sales person Chethan([protected])He said he will give original bill with in 1st of August till now he has not given he is saying one or the other reason to give though I am calling alternative day he is not responsing properly it is really worst service I hv seen, if it happens no body will believe in euraka Forbes company.

      I had purchased eureka forbes aqua sure in ranchi on 17/11/2015. But serviceman did not come even after 9 month. Serviceman called me but did not come at all. U people claim for best service but sorry to say ur service is lowest among all service provider. I m deeply disappointed. If some one purchase ur product service shoud be done on time. Shame on eureka forbes.

        I purchased eureka forbes aquasure xpert model on 25th feb. 2016 from local dealer, sai aqua services, (Mob. No.[protected],[protected],[protected] lekhanagar, cidco, nashik.

        It was defected piece. From the very first day, model was showing leakage of water. Since then, sai aqua services sent technician 4 to 5 times but they couldn't resolve the problem. Then sai aqua services refused for replacement & told to approach...

          I have eureka forbs water purifier ro+uv mineral guard technology.

          I registered a complain on 13th august 2016 by calling on customer care number[protected] regarding tds count is only 40 which is very bellow then requirements of body. So a technician from local contractual agency of eureka forbs of ahmedabad (Name should not disclosed here) visited on that day but he can't set tds count as per requirements. So he suggested to call senior technician, i called him but he said that he will came tomorrow with technicians but till current date no senior person visit my home. (Complain no.[protected]

          So that, i again registered complain on 16th august 2016 by call regarding above mention problem and no senior person visit at home place. A technician came from local contractual agency of eureka forbs of ahmedabad again try to set tds but not succeed so he said "i will come tomorrow with my senior" but no person came next day or till now. (Complain no.[protected]

          Today (19th aug 2016) morning about 10 o'clock again call for complain regarding above mention problem, no senior person came till today and call forward to senior customer relation officer but your representatives said "they are in break now so he will contact after break"no call back arranged till today. (Is anywhere morning 10 o'clock break time???)

          I directly contact to owner of local contractual agency of eureka forbs of ahmedabad (Name of owner and no should not to be shared), and he responded negatively, and suggest to comply against company (Eureka forbs) in consumer forum.

          Then after i called once again at about 12 o'clock customer representative said senior are in meeting so that they cant talk with you right now. (Is he bluffing???) after it i called once again at 6 o'clock evening but representative hold phone call for long time (Once again bluffing???).

          Which step should i take next? As per suggestion of owner of local contract agency of eureka forbs of ahmedabad or wait for technician upto next day. Suggest me... Reply as early as possible.

            The eureka forbes company after sale service is so poor and lower than third grade. Their emplyee mr. Sanjeev who is working at sector-7 chandigarh eureka forbes company office sold the above said product just month ago at price of 14, 000/- while same product is available at online rs. 10, 000/- but said sanjeev said we provide you one year amc with this product and if you have any complaint regarding the product you just called me and we will rectify the same on same day and you donot get all these service if you buy online so i bought the product from mr. Sanjeev costlier for rs.4, 000/- but after one month product is not working i called to mr. Sanjeev for last 4-5 days but till the date product is not repaired. My parents are residing at home and i have joint family so there is always many persons at my home, but now mr. Sanjeev and mr. Summit and mr. Kulbir said they came to my home but no body was at home and when i asked the location and land mark of my house they didnot tell me anything, now the company employees totally misguides their customers, they are bundle of lies, they didnot provide any service but told the excuses as which were never happened, i prayed to indian customers they will not purchase any product of eureka forbes, i also pray to indian govt, courts or judiciary being a lawyer and indian ordinary resident must take action against the eureka forbes company and specially against the employees whose names were above mentioned.

              We have purchased 10 dr aquaguard - eternity water purifier for our office from franchise located at bharati tower, forest park, bhubaneswar on 30.03.2016. Out of this 3 machine are faulty. The sales person promised to replaced the faculty machine. Since more than 4 months passed he did not keep his promise. We have lodged complain on 30.07.2016. (Complain no[protected] but till date our problem till persisting. We are your corporate client. If this type of service continue we will be forced to take legal action against the company.

                It's a shame that even after registering complaints a number of times, no technician has visited to repair the Aquaguard.After complaining I receive a message to rate the service, when no one has even visited.Really fed up of Eureka Forbes.No doubt why KENT has taken over d market.With such after sale services, it's matter of tym eureka forbes loose d remaining market share as well. I too am planning to switch to KENT!

                Very very humiliating customer care. Despite being under a.m.c there is no proper response and a delay of more than 20 days takes place for each complaint.

                  Whenever we have problem with filter we used to raise complain with helpline : [protected] they will register complain which need to be address in max 12 hours as per eureka forbes service response.

                  But we not getting response more than 7 day's also, having service amc contract it totally waste when we not getting service in time, now our contract was extend for 1 year as a compensation just 2 month back, but in that also we not getting proper response.

                  Note: having not-working filter unit, not good to drink health water and we buying water from outside again..

                  Now we want to compensation form eureka forbes water filter service for complete payment or extending the amc for more 2 year, which i was already told to management if any further delay on any complain register by customer are not attended in time...

                  I got only two complain no, helpdesk team refuse to give all my complain number, saying they not able to find on system, which is really strange answer iso certified company should have records minimum 5 year of data record
                  [protected] aug and today i got escalation complain after i ask hd to raise complain for escaltion[protected]th aug helpdesk team said they have updated escalation comment and it will be address asap, i really know when asap will come for escalation manager to read such complain..

                  @ padmanabhan: you have confirmed during the 1 year extension of amc as compensation, there will no further delay will happen, so now you can se how your team works

                    It was very shocking and unexpected experience from an esteemed organization like m/s. Eurekha forbes when there is high competition in this field. I have reported the complaint on 13/07/2016 just a month after receiving the item but till date no one has attended against my repeated contact over phone. Now i am not expected much from your side but certainly need the contact id of your corporate high official to present the matter before moving to consumer court. Also i take this opportunity to inform you that i am not at all interested to talk with your customer service agent which was only of wasting time.

                    Now i need full replacement of the item with new one and also the contact id of corporate high official at the earliest.

                      As our aquaguard is not working since last 1 week. We already taken below action but still no one come to solve our issue.
                      1) Firstly we logged ticket from distributor, that time one of your member came to check the machine. After that he told us one part is not working so we will replace with-in 1 or 2 days. Now more than 3-4 days over but still no one come to solve the issue and if we call then not given proper solution which was very un-satified for customers.
                      2) After that we logged ticket by online for the same but still there is no any action taken for the same.

                        I am a customer of ro - uv water filter since2009. During dis period we faced numerous problems but were sorted out by da service people amicably. We renew our mc timely. But i hav noticed negligence on part of the staff of jorhat, assam office and service men since july 2016when after repeated reminders my problem of overflow took more than 20 days to be solved. Recently there was problem with the adaptor. We hav been buying water for the last 10 days and calling up the jorhat office and the serviceman but to no avail.                           We’ve been loyal customer and using your ro system since 2003. Recently we have been facing several issues because of ro system – especially after narmada water came. My father got sick for 10 days due to stomach infection. My wife was also complaining some irritation in stomach lately. Since past few days we have been using boiling water and stopped relying on ro system.

                          I’ve also notice changes in your customer service and think i was misguided by the service people several times – including attitude toward your customer. We have change membrane couple times but no-help.


                          Due to poor quality of water, very poor customer service and recently learned from your sales people that i need purifier instead of ro system, i’ve decided to change my machine. Now there are few concerns – my amc was of 24 month for which i have not used even 12 months. I ask the refund of 1 year amc for two reasons 1. Very poor customer service 2. Water quality is not improving and it has proven dangerous since my family member got sick. Second thing, i’m planning to buy your purifier system (If my concern is address ethically).


                          Throughout my association with eureka forbes, i’ve gifted ro system to my uncle and referred your system to several people. I guess now is your turn to show your customer some dignity, that you really care about your customer and help them out solving the issue. I hope you understand the value of your customer.

                            Regret to inform you that i hv purchased above purifier on 16.01.15 and within 10 days a circuit got burnt, to repair / replace this it took good 3/4 days.
                            It seems your company is more inserted to provide service contract rather than selling commodity and getting customers satisfaction.
                            On 9th Aug.16 once again again same circuit got burnt and no attention was made on the subject till and still my water purifier is un-serviceable condition.

                              I recently upgraded my aquaguard classic to aquaguard magna . And that was the biggest mistake i made . After two months the product stopped functioning . Called up the customer care and before you say anything u will get the reply technician will be there the next day. As said the technician came, inspected the device and said that no spare part is available and left. I called the customer care many times for the availabily of the spare part, and as said u will get the same reply technician will come the next day.
                              My product is down for a week and still no one has turned up .

                                Hi team,

                                I want to register the complaint against eureka forbes water filter service,

                                Whenever we have problem with filter we used to raise complain with helpline : [protected] they will register complain which need to be address in max 12 hours as per eureka forbes service response.

                                But we not getting response more than 5 day's also, having service amc contract it totally waste when we not getting service in time, non our contract was extend for 1 year as a compensation, but in that also we not getting proper response.
                                Note: having non-working filter unit not good to drink health water and we buying water from outside.
                                Now we want to compensation form eureka forbes water filter service for complete payment or extending the amc for more 2 year, which i was already told the management if any further delay on any complain register by customer are not attended in time...
                                I got only two complain no, helpdesk team refuse to give all my complain number, saying they not able to find on system, which is really strange answer iso certified company should have records minimum 5 year of data record

                                Hi Team, how they confirming this reported issue resolved, till today no one contact or came to check the filter, filter not yet all working kindly escalate to top management on this issue . if still issue not address, I will take legal action on this issue...                                 @ Padmanabhan: you have confirmed during the 1 year extension of AMC as compensation, there will no further delay will happen, so now you can se how your team works

                                This is jagadeesh.g from navi mumbai. My customes id is [protected], my filter is not working so i given a complaint through customercare also having 1 year service contract(10/12/2015 to 09/12/2016).
                                my first complain no is 88356819, and second complaint no is 88638392, but till not yet resolved, very bad service. Last 45days i am buying mineral water outside,
                                pathetic service.. So please kindly do the needful.

                                    Unresponsive towards new product installation. Every time false commitment by the customer care executives regarding installation. Worst kind of customer response. If problem is there for online booking rather than for local purchase then the company must give in written that please don't buy product online else we will not able to provide service. This is to inform you that i am really feeling regret for purchasing the eureka product. The product was booked on 25.07.2016. As committed by your sales person the same product was to be delivered & installed within 10 days. Unfortunately the same was delivered to me on 09.08.2016 after so many follow up from my end but the product is showing that it is delivered on 29.07.2016 in your fedex courier portal. On that same date i have registerd a request for product installation. Since that very day your customer care executive are making fun out of it that it will be installed within 24 hours /48 hours & within the same date within 8.30 pm etc. You people are very concern about selling your product but no concern towarsd installation. God knows what kind of service your company will provide to customer after installation. When its time to sell your product customer care executives are so friendly & energetic with the customers. Once the material is booked & money received you start showing your standard. Anyways its my pain that you peole can never understand & i am feeling sorry for the product i have choosed.

                                      I have been raised many times at the customer care no which is provided in eureka forbes site ([protected]) incident no's are 88601009, 88540688, 96417806 & more other. Nobody comes to service while we are chasing to customer care & sharing massages to local sales guys, they assure me to come a technician but a visit yet to awaited.

                                      I'm writing this after highly frustrations. As such my ro is not working presently.
                                      Pls arrange a technician to service our product ro magna.
