Eureka Forbes — Poor and Unprofessional Response for Service request

Address: G 1 AMEYCOOPER COLONY, SADAR BAZAR

Since last one week I have been trying to request technician visit services to resolve the issue for ROBO VAC N MOP PRO. complaint was REGISTERED VIDE SERVICE REQUEST CA[protected] dated 22 MAY 2026. THE SERVICE REQUEST WAS CLOSED WITHOUT ATTENDING THE REQUEST. Once again service request for technician visit was registered and the last registered service request is CM[protected] dated 25 May 2026.
