[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — poor performance on new aquaguard reviva ro+uv+mtds | |||
Dear eurekaforbes, I have bought eureka forbes aquaguard reviva ro + uv + tds through m/s. Xpert ro systems (Eureka forbes franchise business partner) on 24-05-18 and product is installed on same day itself, while checking the tds level it shows between 250 to 300 ppm. During purchase of product eureka forbes (M/s. Xpert ro systems) informed that tds level for drinking water is below 100 ppm, but the machine is giving nearly to 300 ppm which is not acceptable. The same issue is reported to eureka forbes through customer care (Compliant number [protected]), next day service engineer from eureka forbes has visited and he told to by changing the high tds membrane the Tds can brought down to 100 ppm, but same problem is there after changing the high tds membrane (Refer attached high membrane). As per eurekaforbes website aquaguard reviva ro + uv + tds machine shall be used input tds between 1 - 2000 mg / litre, so ours is less than that nearly 1600 mg/liter. But the machine performance is very low And poor and not giving output tds of atleast below 120 ppm. Again i raised a new complain on 31-05-18 about the low performance of the aquaguard reviva (Complaint id : [protected]). I request eurekaforbes to take immediate action with top priority to solve this issue. Even so many complaint and regular follow up there is poor response from eureka forbes and with sales person.
