This is to inform you the I got very Poor service from Debjoy, Technician, Eurekaforbes.com - M-[protected] against SR M[protected], pending from dated 4th Jan 2026, Kolkata.
ISSUE: First time in the Eurekaforbes Water Filter history of my four years experience, we found that there is a very High water false consumption 57 liter/day in Jan 2026. The 6000 litre filter becomes Inactive after 3 months. This is impossible. Please provide additional Filter to mitigate the issue. Please note:
1. Debjoy, Technician did not reply my SMS and Whatsapp messages at all.
2. He is careless to tell me that other customers, like me has no compliants.
3. He provides wrong info that my filter set was already broken from previously.
4. Please initiate immediate action to mitigate the challenges, otherwise I raise it at another platform.
Please call me back ASAP for any clarification.
