Eureka Forbes — Product did not delivered after online purchase

I have order Dr. aquagaurd compact online through http://www.eurekaforbes.com/Product/, but I haven't got the delivery till date, even after writing to aquaguard customer care they are not replying my mail, and also not giving proper answer on the phone about the product delivery status.
