I have purchased Aquaguard reviva water purifier under the 2 year contractual service contract. But whenever I made a request for service they close the request automatically without even calling to me. And I have to follow up continuously every time I need to service my product for more than 20 days. Last complaint I registered was on 13th Jul 2015 with complaint No 82461564. But today when I called them for knowing the status of the same, the Customer care executive told me that it's status is completed and thus closed on 13th July itself. And told me that she is registering new request.
When I ask her to connect me to their senior executive, she refused simply saying that nobody is available.
I have my local area manager number [protected], which whenever I call is busy or they don't pick up the phone. I have tried more than 20 times atleast, but still it's not reachable.
This is a real harassment as I need to go for this whole process just for getting my RO serviced and to keep on drinking the untreated water for long periods.
I request you to please take up this issue with the company and help me in resolving this problem.
