i raised a complaint on the Branch Manager Satish, Ambattur, Chennai Branch and the ID is 1095107 on 29th june. Till now, no action has been taken. Eureka forbes is the worst in customer service the persons who are working there are worst in characters.
i pirchased DrAquaguard jst 2 months back and the product is making so much of problem. Waste of money to buy Dr. Aquaguard. Not worth.
i need the following complaints to be rectified immediately.

The branch manager threatened us to give the letter that we will return thr complaint given against executive Manoj Kumar and he was talking so rubbish and indecent language. Immediate action should be taken
The Branch Manager, Mr. Sathis didn't gave respect to a customer and he is telling that we had got benefit of Rs.1000 and Bcoz o[censored]s the executive had lost his money and job. More over, he is asking us whether do u have any record of this discount, have u got any written letter from the executive abt the discount. Will any customer get this type of letter From the executive? without knowing this simple thing how can he be a branch manager? Once he came to our home for payment collection, he came directly and said we are from eureka forbes am the branch manager, pls make the payment for the product. We asked them, how to believe u are from eureka forbes, do u have ur visiting care or any id card for verification. Even after asking thrice, he was nt ready to give us his visiting card nor id card and informing us that he doesn't have his visiting card with him. How to believe him that he's from eureka forbes? So we refused to make the payment. I can't understand y eureka forbes are recruiting such kind of persons. He was so arrogant. He was insulting us a lot for this discount. No one got such type of discount, only u got it. Will I build a bungalow with this Rs.1000 discount? The branch manager was threatening us to give a written letter stating that we got the discount, bcoz of his compulsion we wrote a letter and gave it. This s not the way to treat a customer. We need a apology letter from the Branch manager, Mr. Sathish Kumar, Ambattur, Chennai Branch. Kindly take necessary action
