Eureka Forbes — product installation pending - over 20 days

I am writing to escalate my unresolved installation request for a Eureka Forbes water filter, ordered on 5th September 2025. Despite repeated assurances from customer care team (including interactions via Twitter DMs), there has been no concrete action or installation till date.

This delay is unacceptable. For a company of Eureka Forbes’ stature, such lapses in after-sales service severely damage customer trust. I have already spent significant time following up, only to receive apologies without resolution.
