Eureka Forbes — Purchased RO purifier found faulty machine by eureka fobes senior technician- Not replacing/upgrading/refund

Hi,
I purchased a RO water purifier from aqua guard and got installed.
After 1 week of installation I am continuously raising complaints for replacement/upgrade/refund of the product as the water coming out has smell and taste is sour.
The RO people keep sending technicians and they were also saying there is fault is machine which need replacement
So after many followups the head technician visited my house on 29th sept 2025.

He analysed and found that the machine is faulty and water is not coming out right. He also called his head office in front o[censored]s that this machine will be replaced.
Now after that I am continuously following as it was their duty to replace they didn't bothered.
I have raised around 15 complaints by calling aquaguard customer care.
There is no resolution they keep lying and they are highly unprofessional
I am mentally harassed by Aquagurard due to their unprofessional and unethical behaviour.
When in time i was asking for replacement they were not listening instead passing time by sending the technicians.
Their head technician already checked machine and found it fualty.
Also one more point when i raised complaint they close themselves by saying "resolved". Never bothered about taking happy codes.
Now aquaguard is denying to replacement/upgrade/refund of the product.
my family members got sick by drinking bad quality water from RO of Aquaguard installed and I am buying water from outside by paying from my pocket.
I am raising this complaint cause aquaguard is not ready to listen and fooling customers.
Kindly take strict action against them . I am ok with replacement/upgrade/refund of the product
Please help on urgent basis.
