Dear sirs,
I had requested your office to re-install my water purifier to my new address on 19th march. The next day i got a call from ernakulam informing me that the technician will visit my residence the following day which did not happen. I was also told that the charge for re-installing is rs 500 to which i agreed. Yesterday i received a call from the technician himself from ernakulam informing that he will start from there on 22nd morning and reach trivandrum by evening and attend to my request on the 23rd and the charge is rs 700. I requested him to send technician from tvm itself. He told me that the service center has been closed down for a long time. My water purifier was serviced just ten days ago by the technician from tvm who was very polite. When i asked the tech from ekm as to why they are charging rs 700, i was told that he has to come from ekm and if i want to take it, take it or leave it. He told me that his company name is futura.
Eureka forbes is a very reputed company and your product aquaguard has a name. Why do you allow such sub-contractors to degrade the name of your company? I am requesting you to send a technician from tvm to my residence and resolve this issue. Looking forward to hearing from you. Keep up the good name! Thank you.
