We have recently moved into our new home in Kothrud & I have raised a Service request to re-install my Aqua Guard water purifier on 23 May 2025. Request no. CM[protected]. It's been 5 days now and I am still waiting for the device to be installed. I have already called the customer call centre 5 times.

4rth call:[protected]
5th call was on 27th May around 7:55pm.
Every time I called, the customer care officer only apologize for inconvenience and make promises to resolve the issue at the earliest. On the 4rth call yesterday morning a technician was assigned with a promise that the technician will complete the job yesterday (27May2025 by end of his shift 08:00pm). However, the technician never turned up for the installation.
I have also told the customer care officers that we are ending up buying water on daily basis.
It has been really frustrating dealing with this situation and lack of professionalism and customer focus on behalf of Eureka Forbes.
Incidentally the builder of our new home, has provided us with a Kent UV+UF water purifier but I have declined to install it informing the builder that I want to continue with Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard.
I have been using Eureka Forbes Aquaguard for the last 25 years and this is the MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE in terms of customer service from Eureka Forbes
This is after signing up for AMC every year.
Can someone please let me know when my request will be resolved.
