Have purchased dr aquaguard magna hd ro+uv (Nxt) origa on 20-jun-17. From 01-sep-17 onwards we are facing problem with product (Red light blinking). After that i have raised service request on 10-sep-17. Repeatdly we are facing the issue like red light blinkin, water leakes, pumb issues. Water tank is not filling. From the last 15 days my baby (7 months) getting clod and cough. Service request no: [protected]. Order no.[protected] customer no. [protected] please replace the product asap as i am purchasing the water from the shop.
Now hoping that consumer forum could help me out, i am registering my complaint to you. Kindly please do the needfull or suggest me what to do next.

Updated by ch@venkat Today service team has replaced with new product with same specifications. During my observation product is not having manufacturers date.packing box is having the manufacture date.
The manufacturer date is available, which is having the issue.
For your information I am sending the screen shots.
Please provide some extend information for this issue.

Updated by ch@venkat New unit was installed.after 5 days we are observed that more noise is coming from unit. I feel that dr aquaguard magna hd ro+uv (Nxt) model is having some issues. Please do rectify as early as possible.
