We have requested for filter change and they sent a guy to change filter. It worked only one day and the person doesn't know how to fix it. When called to come back to fix the mess, he doesn't come. When we called the office, they are not taking responsibility and asking to pay more for service again. This is fraudulent service charges and poor customer support. Don't buy ro water from eureka forbes ever.

Fraud people!!! Beware!!!

Dear Anita,

Thank you for the prompt action. Our concern has been addressed but I regret to say that the customer support guy handling service request in this branch has been very rude and impolite with us over phone calls. He hardly has any customer servicing skill. He will shoe away any valuable customers for sure. One customer dissatisfied is a 100 customers lost. So please advise and take care of them in this branch to make sure they behave properly with the customers.

The issue is recurring now again within 10 days. The service personnel who addressed the issue didn't even open the machine. He just said it is some air lock problem and just pushed the water in pipe outlet to make it work but the actual problem is something else in the workmanship. These guys don't know what they are doing, please re-open this issue or send some other people from a different branch to fix it. This kind of service is unacceptable. We paid full charge for the filter spares for about Rs 4000 and the service charge of about Rs 400-500 but in return the machine is just isn't working anymore and no water supply at home. This is extremely bad for the reputation of Eureka Forbes.

Please take necessary actions immediately. We will never ever buy or recommend aquaguard RO filter water products having had this experience.

This has been the worst service ever. We have paid Rs, 3550 for spares and Rs, 430 for labour charges. The customer support people are asking for service charges again when we called today to fix the mess they have done in the recent service dated 08 Sep 2017. There is no water flowing in the RO water at home since yesterday. We need immediate action to be taken by the service people to address the issue and don't want to hear any stories from them.

This was simply an eye-wash. No real support. Do not buy any eureka Forbes items from this particular dealer who doesn’t know how to handle customers patiently and properly.
Sir. I have not received service from ur company in warranty..i have csll many Times..but no service is given too me...
Now i will not sugest any one abut ur company produt it very good service from kent ro ... ur company has given me very bad experience...they registerd but never given me service .

    10 days followup to get installed. Stopped working within a month. Following up every day for last 2 weeks. Closed first complaint in 2 days, second complaint open for more than 10 days now. Is there a way to resolve this else i would like to return this product.
    Customer care numbers are not reachable, following up with known agents doesn't help. Worst customer service!

      Dear sir, this is to inform you that i have purchased aqua sure ro from the company name eureka forbes. It's almost one year time and the service which they have ensured has failed to provide. Not even once they have come from general checkup of there installed device. I have contacted them through their customer and complaint no. [protected] several time, but they looks good for nothing. Now there are several problem in ro which i want to fix in warranty period as warranty would be expire shortly. Kindly look into the matter as its a matter of my family health.

        We purchased dr. Aquaguard magma hd ro+uv on 20/09/2016 thru eureka forbes oder#[protected] & dc#28263975, we received a message on last monday dated 11th sep with customer id & tech id no. With contact mbl no. Finally tech visited on 12th & initially gave his suggestion to replace all 3 filters & convinced us to take the 2 years insurance for 8175 rupees where the company will provide to replace all filters two times along with 8 free services in two years, further more taken the old filters also. Very next day we came to know this service is fraud when we received another message from eureka. After that we tried a lot to call that tech mr. Rajesh mbl# [protected] by saying him that to resolve some more problems, but he put mbl in off mode after police called him today. Upon our calls to customer care, we didn't get proper response so we complaint to the nearest area police station and they are working on that. Now we need to know how our details are being leaked out side the eureka forbes. Further we expect from the company to take a serious action against this other wise this may lead to spoil the image of eureka forbes.

          Two years ago, i bought two products from eureka forbes (Aero guard).
          Now, since 6-7 months there is a problem arises in it's working, hence i have requested too much for the service. But this service people from this company is too negligible and lazy, they have failed many a times even after requesting for n number of times. I will have to approach the consumer court if this sought of negligence is continued.

            I had purchased aeroguard scpr 700 on 15 july 17. It is not working proprerly from beginning and not at all from 20 august 17. I have sent 13-14 emails and 13-14 calls to customer care. I have contacted your local jhansi office, lucknow office, bombay office. With each c/o and e mail new number is generated without attending old c/o. Till this moment it is not working and lying idle.
            As you are not in position to give suitable item and service, so take it back and refund my money paid to you by cheque
            My bill is in name of maa peetambra medico centre, maa sherawli hospital complex, kanpur road, jhansi up 284001.

            customer care have been informed many times. new comlaint number is given with sweet assurance . on emails done many times auto response with new request number. no person attends defect. I feel DR aeroguard - air purifiers they have introduced without proper equipment and preperations. They mention refund with in 1 month if not functioning properly. So they should take it back and refund my money.

            The tap of the RO isn't working. It's been 3 days today and nobody came to service it.

            I have same experience. After a dozen follow ups and delayed attendance my unit Dr aeroguard scpr 700 is still not working for last 1.2 years I have owned it the unit worked probably 48 hrs!!! Shame on Eureka Forbes and Dr Aeroguard team of selling faulty product. I list 25k...shame on eureka Forbes

              We purchased Dr Aqua guard less than 2 weeks back. It is not working from day 2. I called customer service more than 10 times, issue is not resolved yet. When ever I call, they are saying, you will get call today. But know one is calling. I told them I want to return back the aqua guard ( as per the policy, we can return in 30 days). But, they are saying I brought product in july, which is wrong.
              Please do the needful to resolve the issue.

                I purchased the Aquasure Water purifier Xtra tuff (Non-Electrical) on June 30th from Amazon. it seemed working fine till the date 28th July.
                Then, purifier suddenly stopped working as the flow of water from the upper partition to the lower is blocked.
                I raised a complaint over the phone on Aug.2, 2017 Ref#[protected] later, technical had come to home & checked and he told me that the filter which lets the water to the lower flask is not working should be replaced. Since then no body turned up and issue is still not resolved.

                I raised complaint again on 13th of Aug Ref#[protected] and again on 31st called and one of your representative (Nandhini N N_[protected] told me that it will be resolved within 2 days.

                Now, I request you to refund the amount I paid & please consider the return of your product. As I am intending/planning to buy the new non-Aquasure product.

                This time I have created service ticket# [protected] over web. It's has been more than 3 days again since I raised the new ticket. What a pathetic service? - Escalated on 11/09/2017

                No resolution yet.. as of 15/09/2017

                I have pregnant wife, for whom I bought the water filter. I couldn’t afford to have electrical ones which costs around ~15K thought of buying it later.
                Thinking now, I am sure I won’t go with this company product as the Service is worse than the worst.

                Now, I am stuck.. I am now either buy the new product from other company nor repair the one I have bought since. I request at least refund the money if you can’t service. It will be grateful. So that I can buy the new one (obviously from the different company).

                This is such an idiot company... I've been working since 10 months and I've not received salary for 4 months... I'm the sole bread earner of my family... They are not even worried to send any apology letter or reason for not paying the salary
                Same thing has happend with me only difference is mine is new. Followed all steps as per the booklet.. water is not going through at all to the lower chamber.. the shopkeeper not even replacing it and number of cc is not reachable after my office hours..

                I have purchased this product 2 mths back. Withing 1 mth the water stopped flowing through the upper tank filter. Raised service request, Your technician said the filter need to be placed loosly for the water to flow. Again after 10-15 days water stopped flowing. THis time the technician says the filter part is having a defect and I need to pay Rs. 900 for replacing, inspite of being under warranty. I am using Thane corporation water and not any contaminated water for the filter to stop working. But that too in 1 mth the filter stops working means its a manufacturing fault.

                I have raised 2 service requests in a span of 2 mths. The customer service is not ready to take the product back or replace it. Service request no : [protected] . My mobile no [protected].

                Pl provide a solution asap.

                  I am sorry to say, I had the worst experience of my life accepting your AMC.My water purifier is not functioning since September 3rd 2017. I have been calling the Customer care department every alternate days (and daily from last couple of days), each time I have been given the assurance that the technician will visit today or at max by 12:00 PM tomorrow. But No technician is visiting at all. In these 15 days, only once a technician visit, his name was Mr Sunil Jain, he checked the product and said that some parts needs to be replaced, after that, we haven't seen him at all, Everytime I call the customer care to escalate that, I came to know that the ticket was closed, I am not sure, what all processes you and your company are following. The tickets are getting closed without any technician visit and without confirming with the customer who has logged the complaint.

                    On 23/8/17, i raised a service request (No. [protected]) for change of all filters covered under my amc for my geneus water filter. The request was assigned to mr. R k kaul the same day. Mr kaul showed up next day at the premise without 2 of the 5 filters that needed to be changed. He further suggested that i renew my amc through him.
                    I suggested that i will consider renewing only once my request for change of filters was completed. Mr kaul left the premises upon promising the change of remaining 2 filters within 2 days. The same was mentioned on the receipt.
                    On 24/8/17, i received an sms telling me my service request was completed. I immediately raised an escalation on phone, but no action was taken.
                    I filed a fresh complaint (No. [protected]) on 04/09/17 regarding this issue. On 05/09/17, the same mr kaul was assigned my request. There was no action on it for 9 days.
                    On 14/09/17, i received an sms at 17:08 that the request had been re-assigned to a mr. Rohit now. Within 10 hrs, at 3am, i received an sms telling me that service request no. [protected] had been completed, even though no-one showed up for it.
                    Please suggest an explanation for this unsatisfactory and unacceptable behavior on the part of eureka forbes, mr kaul and mr. Rohit.
                    Please also suggest why i would ever consider buying or recommending eureka forbes to anyone, when the service is an integral part of the functioning of the water filter, and the company chooses to neglect it.
                    I would also like to point out the aggressiveness of mr. Kaul in pushing the renewal of the amc on 24/8/17.
                    Please assign someone more responsible this time, and take care of this request on an immediate basis.

                      सर मैन Eureka Forbes का dr aquagard magna uv hd nxt बुक किया था ।आपके सेल्स मैन द्वारा यह मशीन मेरे घर मे लगाई गई। मशीन के कीमत सिर्फ 12490 थी । लेकिन आपके सेल्स मैन ने मुझसे 13290 लिए । ऑनलाइन कंप्लेंट भी कर चुका हूं लेकिन कोई भी मदद नही मिल रहे है । सेल्स पर्सन का नाम सतीश मालवीय हैं ये भोपाल ब्रंच में टीम लीडर हैं । और ये अब फ़ोन भी उठाना बंद कर दिए हैं ।

                        I really don't have words to describe the worst service provided by these people. Our water purifier started getting problems just after 6 months. When we asked to refund no one is bothered. And they don't have proper complaint database. When we call to follow up there issue, customer care people say no complaint is lodged.

                          I am under amc service guarantee, paid up the money upfront. Service engineer comes after 2 days claims my power adpater is problem, he took the old adpater and fled not to return. Now he is not picking up the phone for last 15 days. I have been calling the customer care / escalation engineer for the past days. They start with typical quesiton "sir is your problem resolved".. # don't they know if the problem is resolved will not thier service agent update.

                          Moreover daily basis they give false commitment issue will be resolved in 24 hours.. And it is been 24 days now.. No response.

                          If this is the situation in metro think of other places.

                            This is to inform that my service request is pending for more than 20 days.
                            I registered my complaint on 21/08/2017, i called the call center, engineer and even area manager etc.

                            This is to inform that my dr. Aquaguard compact filter is not working from around one month and for the same first i had complaint at the local service center and got the above complaint no. From then a service man had visited me but unable to repair my said filter due to non-availability of some part. Till that time there is no call from the eureka forbes and when i called no one is responding to my request.

                            I have paid around 10000 for my aquaguard. We are middle class working people. And we have spent our hard earned money on it. The product is still under warranty is has not been even a 1 year since i have purchased the said product.

                            As the service is very unsatisfactory. If it is not gonna be repaired or replaced i need to file complaint under appropriate consumer forum.
                            This is the worst experience i have faced with eureka forbes, not expected from such big brands.

                            I'm consumer who is aggrieved by the service of eureka forbes.

                            Kindly look into the matter asap.

                              I have purchased water purifier uv through online. Installed and found that it was not suitable for my water, which is having more than 500 tds. As per policy of eurekaforbes they will take return product with in 30 days.
                              They have dismantled the product uv purifier. I made complaint to return pickup on 24 aug 2017
                              Again i purchased magna hd ro through online, next day product came and installed. But old product is lying in my home since 20 days even though i made several mails and complaints.

                                I had raised service request (4 to 5 times form m/o aug, 2017) on telephone calls to m/s dayal enterpries, contract no.[protected], local representative of aquaguard, haldwani, uttarakhand regarding filter change of aquaguard, infinity, water purifier. The concern representative kept dodging me stating that the technician would attend your call by tomorrow or he is on the way but no one has turned up than i had raised a service request (Having no. [protected] on dt. 09/09/2017) through customer care. The customer representative had assured me that the same shall be rectified with in next two days. However no action initiated till date. Moreover i would like to express that the service provided by eureka forbes is very poor, since i use to get very delay response against my complain last year.
                                In such situation, customer doesn’t have any other option but forced to buy alternate water purifier & other products. Hope this grievance of mine is seen with the concern person of the firm, who can take necessary action to avoid such instances to others

                                  I am really sorry to say but I have never had such a frustrating experience in my life.

                                  Eureka Forbes has again been unprofessional unethical and an incompetent brand in meeting customer expectations.

                                  After delayed delivery of the product that too because of consumer forum complaint I did expect a faster installation process.

                                  But again after repeated calls and false promises not a single person from Eureka Forbes has shown up for installation o[censored]V RO Water purifier.

                                  I am requesting now to cancel this order as I am no longer interested in the product nor the company.

                                  Please take stringent measures against this fraud company.

O number & date: s03749730 dt 24.08.2017 from the time of installation, the unit has proved to be a dud. I have complained to the local service centre repeatedly but my complaints are not being addressed. I want this unit to be replaced immediately. I am a senior citizen and i cannot go around running from pillar to post. Such lack of service is not expected from eureka forbes, a company my family has been associated for over three decades. I am seriously considering whether i should tell friends, family and acquaintances not to touch dr. Aquaguard with a barge pole. I end by repeating i am disgusted, disgusted, disgusted.

                                      Dry and wet vaccum cleaner not working. Its being more than 1 and half months complaint has been raised. Dated 28th july 2017. We have called 5 times after that for follow up. One person came he said motor problem. You yourself need to take to head office with machin. Our machine is in Warranty period also. Later in head office they told take machine back we will call you when spare part is available. No response since 15 days. Later we call them they are giving different person numbers to do follow up. Nobody is taking responsibility. We called last saturday 9th of sept 2017. Again they told spare part is not available. Still no response. Such poor service from you people. I want assurity wether you people will fix issue or not.
