I had initiated a refund proceeding on 05/11/2016 regarding an air purifier booked online from your site through HDFC EMI OPTION.The transaction ID is [protected] and cancellation request id is #002888 .It was promised by your office that i ll get the refund within 10 working days but unfortunately almost 2 months has been passed without giving me a proper reason for this unending delay.I therefore request you to refund my amount immediately and communicate the reason of delay Was this information helpful? | |||||

10 days followup to get installed. Stopped working within a month. Following up every day for last 2 weeks. Closed first complaint in 2 days, second complaint open for more than 10 days now. Is there a way to resolve this else I would like to return this product. Worst customer service!
I am requesting to refund for water purifier as it is faulty but sell and technical person is not ready for refund. They are forcing me for repair and replacement and saying if refund done then full amount will not be credited... What is this????

I have booked one month before RO water purifier and given cheque, same day I have cancelled my product.
And not yet received any product/refund, I have raised a compliant and last one week daily calling to customer care and till I didn't get my money back
