I had purchased an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for my Eureka Forbes water purifier on 14th March 2025 through the official mobile app. However, during the technician's visit, I was informed that my model was outdated and spare parts were unavailable. Based on his recommendation, the AMC was mutually cancelled, and the technician raised a cancellation request with Service Order No.: SO[protected].
I was told the refund would be processed within 7 working days. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone with Eureka Forbes’ grievance and escalation team (including customer care IDs: [protected]@eurekaforbes.com and [protected]@eurekaforbes.com), I have not received the refund even after 45+ days.
Eureka Forbes claims the refund was processed on 24th April 2025 (UTR: RAZ-Q6VbHWj5wQMovU), but no credit has been received in my bank account. I even shared my bank statement as requested, but the company has failed to provide any valid transaction proof or resolution.
Despite my polite and patient follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. This is highly disappointing and unprofessional from a reputed brand like Eureka Forbes. Was this information helpful? |
